Ishiguro is one of the formidable espers in Mob Psycho 100. He once served as the leader of Division 7 within the Claw organization. He possesses powers related to gravity manipulation.

1. Black Orbs
Black Orbs allows Ishiguro to create numerous miniature black hole spheres with high gravity. These black spheres can engulf and annihilate anything they touch.
Although these black hole spheres are powerful, their attacks can still be deflected by espers with substantial psychic energy, such as Sho or Mob. Both have proven capable of overcoming Ishiguro's attacks.
2. Five Hundred Kilogram Tackle
Ishiguro can use his gravity abilities to increase his body mass at will. One of his most fearsome moves is the Five Hundred Kilogram Tackle.
After increasing his body mass to 500 kg, Ishiguro will charge his opponent with his entire body. He briefly demonstrated this technique against Reigen, who had been enhanced with Mob's psychic energy.
3. One Ton Punch
As the name suggests, One Ton Punch is a punch weighing one ton. Normally, this attack would inflict significant damage to an opponent.
However, Reigen was able to counter it easily thanks to the protection of Mob's psychic energy.
4. Two Ton Guillotine
Ishiguro's final move is the Two Ton Guillotine. After increasing the mass of his right hand to two tons, Ishiguro executes a brutal attack on the opponent's neck.
Then, Ishiguro slams the opponent downward with immense gravity. Unfortunately, this attack is once again ineffective against Reigen. He is easily repelled by Reigen.
