Well, even though the Hokage are strong, their strength certainly varies from one to another because they have unique jutsu and fighting abilities. The following is a ranking of the strength of the seventh hokage based on my opinion.
7. Hatake Kakashi
In seventh place, there is Hatake Kakashi who is one of the genius ninja from Konoha. At his young age, Kakashi has always been the best ranked ninja in the Academy. He was later also promoted to Anbu when he was thirteen years old. In addition, his enemies also nicknamed Kakashi the Copy Ninja because Kakashi was very skilled at imitating his enemy's ninjutsu techniques thanks to his Sharingan eye abilities.
Kakashi became Hokage after the Fourth Shinobi World War. However, he lost the power of his Sharingan after the battle against Kaguya ended. 6. Tsunade
In the next position, there is Tsunade who is the only female hokage in the village of Konoha. She is also the granddaughter of the first hokage. In addition, Tsunade is also known as the legend of the three Sannin along with Jiraiya and Orochimaru.
Tsunade has very skilled medical skills. She is able to regenerate herself in battle. In addition, she also has physical abilities that are like monsters. One powerful punch from Tsunade can shatter the ground. In the Fourth Shinobi World War, she was also shown to be able to side with the Kage from another village against Uchiha Madara without fear.
One of Tsunade's strongest techniques is the Byakugou jutsu which is able to make Tsunade regenerate quickly. Despite her terrible strength, I think Tsunade is still less powerful than the previous hokages.
5. Namikaze Minato
Namikaze Minato is the biological father of Uzumaki Naruto. He is one of the greatest ninja in Konoha's history who earned the nickname the Yellow Lightning because of his speed in teleporting. Although Minato served as Hokage for a short time, he has a great service to the village of Konoha for successfully protecting the village from the threat of the Kyubi.
Minato has a very distinctive jutsu, namely Hiraishin no Jutsu. This technique he had used when dealing with A and Bee during the war against Kumogakure. Furthermore, Minato can also repulse 1000 Iwagakure shinobi alone in the Third Shinobi World War. Minato is also an expert in using seal jutsu. It was proven when he sealed the Kyubi in Naruto's body.
Minato is also a ninja who managed to create a top-level jutsu, Rasengan. Based on the criteria above, Minato deserves to be ranked fifth when compared to the strength of the other hokage.

4. Senju Tobirama
Next, there is Senju Tobirama who is the younger brother of Senju Hashirama. He is also a character who is also disliked by the Uchiha clan because of his policies that are felt to corner the Uchiha clan. Despite that, Tobirama is a very powerful Konoha ninja. He is very skilled in using water element ninjutsu. In fact, that ability was recognized by his enemies, even though he was not from Kirigakure.

3. Sarutobi Hiruzen
Sarutobi Hiruzen is the third hokage who earned the nickname as a ninja professor. He is also a hokage with a very long leadership and is able to maintain the resilience of the village of Konoha. Although Hiruzen comes from a clan that uses fire elemental jutsu, Hiruzen is shown to be able to master all five elemental jutsu.
In addition, Hiruzen is also able to use the Kuchiyose technique and summon a monkey named Enma who is also able to turn into a stick that he can use as the main weapon of battle. Based on information from the Fourth Hokage's book, Hiruzen is also called the strongest Kage among the five kage in the ninja world.
In fact, Hiruzen also had time to balance the ability of Orochimaru and the two previous hokage who had been in Edo-Tensei. Unfortunately, Hiruzen's weakness lies in his old age. Because of that, he was killed in the fight against Orochimaru. Based on these criteria, Hiruzen is very suitable to be ranked third in the ranks of the strongest hokage.
2. Senju Hashirama
The second position is occupied by Senju Hashirama who is the first hokage and founder of the village of Konoha. He is a very great ninja and is even dubbed the God of Shinobi. Hashirama is also said to be the only person who can match the greatness of Uchiha Madara. He and Madara were rivals in battle for a long time.
Hashirama has a very unique Mokuton jutsu. He was able to create a forest from his jutsu in no time. In addition, he was also able to use the jutsu to defeat the Kyubi and Susano'o belonging to Uchiha Madara. In Sage mode, Hashirama is even able to regenerate endlessly so that his wounds in battle can heal quickly. This is what makes Hashirama very deserving of the second position.
1. Naruto Uzumaki
In the first place, we don't need to doubt it anymore. Yes, Uzumaki Naruto is the strongest hokage in the history of the village of Konoha. He is the biological son of the Fourth Hokage as well as the Jinchuriki of the nine-tailed Bijuu, Kyubi.
