5. Mael
Mael is the most powerful member of the Archangel and he is feared by the demon clans. He is the original owner of the power of Sunshine. During the holy war 3000 years ago, Mael's memories were manipulated by Gowther and he was given a new identity as Estarossa to end the war between the Demon clan and the Goddess clan which had been going on for a long time.

When angry, Meliodas can turn into a very terrible monster. He was initially submissive and afraid of the Demon King's power. However, Meliodas managed to overcome that fear until he awakened his own power to defeat his father.
After awakening his true power, Meliodas finally has the power equal to the Demon King and he manages to break the curse from Elizabeth and himself. In the end, he managed to achieve his goal and live happily with his loved ones.

Undeniably, Chaos or Chaos is the most powerful character in the story of Nanatsu no Taizai. Chaos is the entity that created the Demon King, Supreme Deity, and other clans. It possessed such immense power that the Demon Lord and Supreme Deity combined forces to seal it.
