Tsukasa Kadoya aka Kamen Rider Decade is a very unique and well-known rider among tokusatsu fans. He is known as a world destroyer who travels from one rider's world to another.

1. N-Gamio-Zeda
N-Gamio-Zeda is the King of Grongi who appeared in the world of Kuuga. This monster had a wolf-like appearance and it was certainly strong. To revive it, the Grongi need to perform the Gegeru ritual by sacrificing five policewomen.
When resurrected, this monster brings havoc to everyone. He has the Miasmic Aura technique that turns humans into Grongi. Decade must team up with Kuuga and perform a combo attack to defeat him.
2. Beetle Fangire
The real figure of this monster is the father of Wataru who used to be the Fangire king. He is disgusted by the peace between Fangire and humans. Because of that, he intends to destroy the peace and take the king's throne from Wataru.
With help from Decade, Wataru transforms into Kiva and performs the Dimension Kick/Darkness Moon combo to defeat him. At the end of the story, it is revealed that he did this to motivate Wataru to become a real king.
3. Kamen Rider Abyss
Kamen rider Abyss is the 14th rider who only appears in Decade's story. He is an evil rider who intends to ruin the battle in the mirror world. On top of that, he is the one who killed Reiko, the chief editor of the Atashi Journal.
Decade and Ryuki also try to unravel the mystery of the murder until they know the evil intentions of Kamata aka Kamen Rider Abyss. Because of that, the two of them tried to stop the evil Abyss. Kamata's real character is also surprising because he is a Paradoxa Undead who comes from the world of Blade.
4. Joker
Joker is the final enemy of kamen rider Blade in the original story. However, the Joker figure in Decade's story has a slightly different background. Joker in Decade is the strongest evolution of Hajime Shijyo, CEO of BOARD.
Hajime steals Garren and Leangle's belts as well as Hishigata and Mutsuki's life energy to complete the Joker Rouse card which he uses to transform into the Joker. Nonetheless, the action was stopped by Decade and Blade.
5. Tiger Orpnoch
Momose is a student at Smart Brain High School and a member of Lucky Clover. He has an evil plan to rule the entire school with the power of the Orpnoch. He also knows the true identity of Kamen Rider Faiz.
As a Tiger Orpnoch, Momose is very strong and he has a very unique ability to resurrect Orpnoch who is on the verge of death. Unfortunately, his abilities are shown only briefly and he is eventually defeated by Decade and Faiz.
6. Taurus Ballista
After entering Agito's world, Tsukasa must face a powerful Unknown, the Taurus Ballista. The monster has the ambition to wipe out all humans with special abilities. One of his targets is Shoichi Ashikawa alias Agito.
Taurus Ballista is able to lead an army of Ant Lords and he shows signs of superhuman strength, such as speaking like a normal person and shooting extremely powerful energy blasts. To beat him, Decade needs help from Agito and Yuusuke who transforms into G3-X.
7. Alligator Imagin
After saving the world of Agito, Decade continues his journey to the world of Den-O. There, he must face a new enemy, namely the Alligator Imagin who has an evil plan to change the past.
Unlike other Imagin, this one moves from host to host to make it happen. He also has the ambition to destroy Decade and Den-O by stealing the last DenGasher. Thanks to Diend's help, Decade and Den-O manage to find a way to stop the Imagin's actions.
8. Phylloxera Worm
Soh Otogiri aka Phylloxera Worm is a very cunning enemy. He leads the troops from ZECT and aims to capture Kabuto. Not only that, he developed a clock-down system to inhibit the clock-up system from Kabuto who could move fast.
This worm can also transform into Kamen Rider TheBee. Because of his cunning in deceiving those around him, he becomes a very dangerous enemy. However, Decade managed to stop his evil plans against Kabuto. Apart from that, Kabuto also helped Decade to destroy this Worm.
9. Gyuki
Hitoshi Hidaka was the original Kamen Rider Hibiki before he passed on his powers to Asumu. When he wanted more power and forgot his intention to become Hibiki, he instead transformed into a terrible monster called Gyuki.
Even though he tried his best to suppress the monster's power, Gyuki's figure finally broke loose and went berserk. However, he had told Asumu to beat him the moment he lost control. With Decade's help, Asumu transforms into Hibiki and defeats the monster Gyuki.
10. Dark Rider
When he entered the negative world, aka Nega no Sekai, Decade experienced a very hard adventure because he had to face the evil Dark Riders who had terrible powers. They have a goal to hunt humans who are still alive in that world.
Decade inevitably has to survive and engage in battle against the evil riders. It was in this place, that he finally found a tool capable of making him transform into a stronger form. After changing into Complete Form, Decade can issue the final attack from the previous riders which is able to destroy Dark Rider in one strike.
11. Fourteen & Dark Roachi
After leaving Nega's world, Decade continued his adventure and came to Diend's world. At that place, Daiki is being chased by all the people who live there. Besides that, Decade has to face Junichi aka kamen rider Glaive who has been brainwashed.
The mastermind behind the chaos is an evil ruler named Fourteen who intends to oppress and brainwash the humans under his control. In addition, Fourteen has the power to command a cockroach monster named Darkroachi which is quite strong and troublesome.
12. Chinomako
One of the things that is quite funny about Decade's story is that he had an adventure outside the world of Kamen Rider. He ended up in the super sentai world, in the Shinkenger world to be precise. There, Decade meets an Ayakasi monster named Chinomanako.
The monster had stolen Daiki Kaito's Diendriver. After that, he uses the tool to transform into a monster version of kamen rider Diend and wreaks havoc. Decade and Shinkenger also join forces to defeat this naughty monster.
13. Dai-Shocker
The name Dai-Shocker may already be familiar to Kamen Rider fans. They were legendary enemies for riders in the Showa era. In Decade's story, they also appear again and get in Decade's way. They had time to brainwash the people to submit and obey their orders.
15. Schvarian
Entering the world of Black RX, Decade encounters a sophisticated robot named Schvarian. He is known as the Strange Demon Robot from Crisis Empire who is extremely powerful and can be considered a lethal weapon.
He was offered by Apollogeist to join Dai-Shocker, but he refused the offer until he saw the true power of Dai-Shocker. Although this robot is strong, he is eventually defeated by Decade with the help of Agito's Shining Form attack.
14. Lumu Qhimil
This monster is the leader of Geddon and Dai-Shocker who is Decade's main enemy in the Amazon world. He has an evil plan by spreading the idea that Kamen Riders are the enemy of society.
Llumu Qhimil has the GaGa Armlet and he intends to take Amazon's GiGi Armlet. When the two ancient objects were put together, he would gain the power to turn humans into monsters. His crazy plan was successfully stopped by Decade and Amazon with their combined strength.
15. Kamen Rider Blade
After disappearing at the end of the original series story, Kenzaki Kazuma aka kamen rider Blade returns to appear in the story of kamen rider Decade. However, he plays an enemy who wants to destroy Decade who is known as the destroyer of the world.
Kenzaki immediately turned into Blade in King Form and attacked Decade without hesitation. At that time, Kenzaki's strength was very strong and he was able to defeat Decade easily. Unfortunately, their battle is only shown briefly.
16. Super Apollogeist

Apollogeist is one of the legendary enemies in the Kamen Rider story. He holds a very important position in the Dai-Shocker organization and he always tries to do anything for the glory of Dai-Shocker.
Apollogeist is the final enemy in the Kamen Rider Decade series. He used to take the form of a man named Guy. In addition, he grew stronger after he married Queen Fangire and transformed into Super Apollogeist.
Thanks to that, he finally had the power to command the monsters of the rider world. What is clear, the Super Apollogeist's power is so strong that Decade needs help from Kuuga, Diend, Kiva, and Hibiki to defeat him.
17.Shadow Moon
The nemesis of kamen rider Black is back as the main antagonist in the film Kamen Rider Decade. In the Decade version, the person who turns into Shadow Moon is Nobuhiko Tsukikage who has plans to take over Great Shocker.
In order to achieve that plan, he needs to overthrow Tsukasa's throne first. After he came to power, Nobuhiko called himself Creation King. he later transformed into Shadow Moon in the final battle against Decade and Kuuga Rising Ultimate.
Shadow Moon's power was so strong that it overwhelmed the two riders. Uniquely, Kamen Rider W suddenly came and gave help to Decade and Kuuga. In the climax, Shadow Moon gets beaten up by Rider Kick of all Kamen Riders.
