Visored are a very unique and interesting group in Bleach. They are Shinigami who are able to use Hollow powers. In the past, they had become victims of dangerous experiments carried out by Aizen.
In terms of abilities, the Visored are arguably superior to most Shinigami. They are able to combine their Zanpakutō and the Hollow powers within them when fighting.

1. Shinji Hirako
Shinji is the leader of the Visored who currently serves as the captain of the fifth division of the Gotei 13. He is known as a man who is eccentric and has a ridiculous nature. Despite this, he is a very strong Shinigami.
Shinji has a Zanpakutō named Sakanade. The sword has the special ability to create a pink mist. Anyone who smells the mist will be trapped in an illusion.
For example, the opponent will find it difficult to control their senses. Everything they see will be reversed, like up to down or right to left. The effect of this ability makes the opponent vulnerable to attack.
2. Love Aikawa
Before losing her position, Love Aikawa was the captain of the seventh division in the Gotei 13. He has a relaxed appearance and always wears sports clothes. In addition, he is very fond of reading manga.
In battle, Love uses a Zanpakutō named Tengumaru. When in Shikai mode, the sword will transform into a kanabō which is both large and powerful.
With the Tengumaru, Love is able to create a fireball that is capable of producing a powerful explosion when exposed to physical contact towards an opponent. In addition, the effects of Love's attacks also affect buildings in the battle area.
3. Lisa Yadōmaru
The next Visored member is a beautiful girl named Lisa Yadōmaru. In the past, she was a vice-captain of Kyōraku in the 8th division. After Kyōraku became the leader of the Gotei 13, she was entrusted with taking his place as captain of the 8th division.
Lisa uses a Zanpakutō named Haguro Tonbo. Without giving up her Shikai form, Lisa is by nature very strong and can wield her sword skillfully. She is shown to be able to match Tier Harribel's strength.
In addition, Lisa mastered Hakuda and Shunpo techniques. She is able to move at high speed when fighting against her enemies. Her fighting skills are even greater when she wears a Hollow mask.
4. Kensei Muguruma

5. Rōjurō Ōtoribashi

Rose wields a unique Zanpakutō named Kinshara. When he activates the Shikai form, the sword will transform into a golden whip. This weapon makes Rose superior in long-range combat.

6. Hiyori Sarugaki
Hiyori Sarugaki is the former vice-captain of Kisuke Urahara in the 12th division. She has a temperament and aggressive nature. In addition, she likes to do arbitrary things to Shinji to vent her frustration.
Hiyori basically prefers to fight with her bare hands or using her feet. She has a very aggressive fighting style and is quite difficult to deal with. Moreover, she faced several Menos Grandes without fear.

7. Hachigen Ushoda

8. Mashiro Kuna
Next, there is a cute girl named Mashiro Kuna who wears strange clothes. She has a very childish nature. Even though her nature is quite disturbing to Kensei, she is instead appointed as Kensei as his vice-captain with Hisagi.
In terms of abilities, Mashiro uses Hakuda techniques to fight. She is able to issue a variety of very powerful kicks. In addition, she usually combines her attacks with the power of the Hollow that is in her.
Mashiro actually has a Zanpakutō. However, she very rarely uses her sword in combat. Even without a sword, Mashiro's kick is enough to defeat her enemies.
9. Ichigo Kurosaski
Ichigo Kurosaki is an interesting Shinigami. He has Hollow and Quincy powers flowing within him. Because of that, he is able to fight above the average Shinigami in general.
Ichigo had trained under the guidance of the Visored to master Hollow powers. However, it is not an easy thing because Ichigo often loses control when using his Hollow power.
After going through intense training, Ichigo was able to use the mask as well as the power of the Hollow, even if only for a while. With that power, he was able to match the strength of members of the Espada, such as Grimmjow.
