Shinobi no Ittoki is one of the newest anime produced by DMM Pictures and Troyca. As the title suggests, this anime tells the story of a teenager named Ittoki who gets involved in a conflict between ninjas in the modern world.

10. Kido Minobe
Kido Minobe was the leader of the Koga clan after Kishinmaru's death. He has sinister ambitions to wipe out all the ninjas. Because of that, he will do dirty ways to achieve that desire.
Kido is the mastermind behind Kishinmaru's assassination. He started slandering the Iga clan and provoked a fight with them. Moreover, he also used the violent path to destroy the other clans.
9. Juzen Jiraibo
Next, there is the head of the Ninjutsu Academy named Juzen Jiraibo. He was an old man who looked quite eccentric. Apart from that, he really enjoyed drinking tea time and tasting his favorite manju.
