10. Goldenrod
Goldenrod is a cyborg created by Zeltrax to hunt Rangers. As the name implies, Goldenborg has a golden body. In addition, he is very obedient to the mission given by Zeltrax.
Even though Goldenrod wasn't the strongest foe, his strength was still worth reckoning with. He is shown to be capable of causing a lot of trouble for Conner and his friends, especially when he turns into a giant.
9. Tutenhawken
When the three Rangers go on a visit to a museum, Ethan accidentally translates hieroglyphics. As a result, he released the curse from the monster Tutenhawken until the curse made him unlucky.
Tutenhawken has a greedy nature and wants to dominate the whole city. He was a troublesome opponent. However, he was destroyed after Ethan discovered his main weakness.
8. Fossilador
Fossilador is a quite unique and terrifying enemy in the story. This monster takes the form of dinosaur bones and skeletons. In addition, this monster is able to control the minds of other people.
Fossilador was originally created by Tommy Oliver and Anton Mercer. However, Fossilador even got out of control until he was finally left abandoned. He then rises and wreaks havoc after he is ruled by Mesogog.
7. Ruby Dragon
Unlike other monsters, Ruby Dragon is a unique and different case. This monster was created by Elsa from a card belonging to Ethan. The card is part of a card game called Dragon War.
Even so, the Ruby Dragon's combat ability is more powerful than ordinary monsters. This dragon monster is capable of issuing various deadly attacks, such as laser shots, dragon claws, and super physical resistance.
6.Jade Gladiator
The next most powerful enemy is the Jade Gladiator. This monster has a shape like a plant soldier. Mesogog created this monster from a plant that was used as an experiment by Anton Mercer.
After turning into a monster, Jade Gladiator immediately went berserk and caused chaos. He even has the power to create and resurrect monsters, such as the Skortch. He was eventually destroyed by the Valkasaurus Megazord.
5.White Terrorsaurus
Next, there is a scary monster named White Terrorsaurus. This monster has a shape similar to a pterodactyl. In addition, he was able to evolve to become stronger after he transformed into White Terrorsaurus II.
In terms of combat capabilities, White Terrorsaurus has several deadly moves. For example, he is able to summon a storm onto the battlefield. In addition, he can fire lasers as well as destructive beams.
4. Elsa
Elsa is one of the trusted underlings of Mesogog. To make her plan easier, she disguises herself as the principal of Reefside High School and observes the movements of Conner and his friends.
Throughout the story, Elsa often bothers the Rangers with her wild ideas. However, sje is not inherently evil as she is only brainwashed and manipulated by Mesogog into submitting to his orders.
3. White Dino Ranger (Clone)
Before fighting on Ranger's side, Trent aka White Dino Thunder had gone berserk and lost control. Instead of helping the Rangers, he instead fights the Rangers to satisfy his desire to fight.
Although Trent managed to control the power he had, the situation did not change much. Mesogog succeeded in creating a clone of the White Dino Ranger who was much more evil and ambitious than Trent.
2. Zeltrax
Zeltrax is Mesogog's strongest underling who is incredibly strong and dangerous. In the past, he was an ordinary human who was once a partner of Dr. O. However, he had an accident where he was turned into a cyborg by Mesogog.
Although Zeltrax briefly fought under Mesogog's orders, he eventually rebelled. He uses his own strength and tactics to destroy the Rangers. One of his crazy ideas was to create a Zelzord that could match Ranger's Megazord.

As the main antagonist in Dino Thunder, Mesogog is the strongest and most terrifying monster. In a dinosaur DNA experiment, Anton Mercer accidentally resurrects the evil Mesogog.
Mesogog has ambitions to return the world to the era of the dinosaurs. In order to awaken his ambition, he needed the power of the Dino Gem. Because of that, he tried to destroy the Ranger in various ways and possibilities.
