Bungo Stray Dogs season 4 is planned to be released in 2023 by presenting a new conflict. Members of the Armed Detectives and the Port Mafia will be involved in a fierce battle with a powerful organization called Hunting Dogs.
For those of you who don't know yet, Hunting Dogs is a special military unit consisting of soldiers with special powers. They have the main task of hunting down the owners of special powers who are considered a threat.

1. Ochi Fukuchi
As the captain of the Hunting Dogs squad, Ōchi Fukuchi is a very strong and dangerous enemy. He looks very excited when hunting down the criminals who are his target. Even so, he was basically a cunning man.
In the original, Ōchi Fukuchi was the leader of a terrorist organization called Decay of the Angel. He is known by the code name Kamui. He was able to cover up that identity with a very neat acting.

4. Tetchō Suehiro
Next, there is Tetchō Suehiro who tends to look serious. He has a very strange habit, namely he likes to mix food with identical colors and then eat it.
Apart from that, Suehiro has an interesting ability called Plum Blossoms in Snow. He can increase the size, shape, and length of the saber he uses in battle.
5. Michizō Tachihara
During this time, Michizō Tachihara was known as a member of the Black Lizard within the Port Mafia organization. He has a rough and aggressive nature. Unexpectedly, he is a spy for the Hunting Dogs assigned to infiltrate the Port Mafia.
Tachihara's skills as a spy are indeed very formidable. In addition, it turns out that he has a special ability called Midwinter Memento. He is able to manipulate metal at will, such as his sword and gun.
