10. Professor Oyama
Professor Oyama is the teacher of Mitsuo and his friends in class. He has a plump stature and always looks neat. In addition, he is a very good teacher and cares about his students.

On one occasion, he and Sabu stole Mitsuo's Perman equipment on the orders of a foreign scientist. Even though his character is very annoying, Perman's story feels less exciting without Kabao.
6. Ganko Suwa
Ganko Suwa is Mitsuo's little sister who often appears in stories. She has a very stubborn nature. Like the behavior of children in general, she likes to complain about Mitsuo's actions to her mother.

When she became Pako, her character became very tomboyish and sometimes bossy. Because of that, she often argues with other Perman members. As a member of Perman, Sumire feels herself free and able to do anything.
1. Mitsuo Suwa
As the main character in the Perman story, Mitsuo Suwa is a very interesting character and very similar to Nobita from Doraemon. Mitsuo really hates school and he gets scolded by his mother for his unruly behavior.
Despite that, he has a good nature and likes to help others. He is one of the most famous Perman members and is idolized by many people. In action, he is often assisted by Booby and their actions are both very entertaining.
