Megami no Café Terrace is a funny and interesting comedy romance and harem genre anime to watch in 2023. The anime is adapted from a manga written and illustrated by Kōji Seo.
The anime tells about the daily life of a man named Hayato and beautiful girls in running a cafe left by his grandmother. They are often involved in trivial interactions and fights that are funny and entertaining.

1. Hayato Kasukabe
Hayato Kasukabe is the grandson of the owner of Familia Café Terrace. He has a bitchy nature and quite a temper. Even though he likes to act selfish, he is basically a very caring and determined person.
At first, Hayato was disturbed by the presence of girls living in his grandmother's house. However, he gradually got used to it until he forged a close relationship with them that was like a family.
2. Ouka Makuzawa
Next, there is a beautiful girl named Ouka Makuzawa. She has a bitchy nature and likes to speak harsh words to Hayato. Even so, she felt happy when she received compliments from Hayato.
Ouka attended a vocational school specializing in fashion. She has high aspirations to become a great fashion designer. One of Ouka's creations is the maid outfit they usually wear to work in a cafe.
3. Ami Tsuruga
Unlike Ouka, Ami Tsuruga is more frontal and hyperactive. She likes to do silly actions that bring trouble. An example is when she broke Hayato's laptop and cell phone with her barbell.
When compared to her friends, Ami is the youngest because she is still a 17 year old high school student. She has talent and ability in the field of karate. When she's serious, she can take down thugs with her kicks.
4. Riho Tsukishima
Outside of her job as a cafe waitress, Riho Tsukishima is a college student. She has a more humble nature and is easy to talk to by Hayato. Because of that, they rarely get into silly fights.
Riho also has a strong dedication to developing the cafe left by Hayato's grandmother. She always thinks of innovations and new menus that can attract customers. Hayato often worries when she sees Riho working too hard.
5. Shiragiku Ono
Unlike the previous characters, Shiragiku Ono is Hayato's childhood friend. She has a calm and shy nature. Despite this, she can turn into a wild girl when she's drunk.
While under the influence of alcohol, Shiragiku does not hesitate to tease Hayato with her flirtatious antics. She also has a fetish for male body odor. That's what makes her so funny.
6. Akane Hououji
At first glance, Akane Hououji seems like a mean and indifferent girl. However, she has concern for Hayato and his friends. She is also able to brew delicious coffee made by Hayato's grandmother.
Outside of her daily life as a cafe waitress, Akane is the vocalist and guitarist of an indie band. She basically comes from a rich family. However, her family disapproved of her career in music.
7. Sachiko Kasukabe
Even though she only appears occasionally in the story, Sachiko Kasukabe is an important figure for Hayato and the girls at Familia Café Terrace. She was able to care for the girls with all her heart to think of them as family.
Sachiko also has a motto that every customer who visits her cafe is family. That's what makes her figure so impressive. Unfortunately, she was not good at managing cafe finances until the cafe closed due to losses.
