Arrancar are Hollows who have removed their masks and gained Shinigami powers. They were created by Aizen by utilizing Hogyoku which holds tremendous power.
Unlike Hollows in general, Arrancar have characteristics that are almost similar to humans. They also have various techniques that are very useful in battle, both attack techniques and support techniques.

1. Cero
Cero is the most popular Arrancar technique. Almost all Arrancar have used this technique in battle. The technique takes the form of a shot of concentrated spiritual energy and has great destructive power.
Each Arrancar has their own way of firing Cero from their bodies. Examples are Grimmjow who uses the palm of his hand or Nnoitora who uses his tongue. Apart from that, the Cero colors produced by Arrancar are also different.
2. Bala
Bala is almost similar to Cero. The impact of Bala's attack is not as strong as Cero's, but Bala's speed is much greater and can be fired multiple times in consecutive attacks.
One of the most prominent Bala users in the story is Yammy Llargo. He usually combines this technique with his brutal fists so that the impact of his attacks is more destructive.
3. Hiero
The next Arrancar technique is Hierro which is very useful for self-defense. This technique allows Arrancar to harden their skin like steel by compressing their Reiryoku.
Hierro's high level of violence allows an Arrancar to fight Shinigami using his bare hands. Of all the Arrancar, Nnoitora Gilga has the hardest Hierro.
4. Sonído
Sonído is a support technique that is very useful for Arrancar in battle. This technique can be compared to Shinigami's Shunpo or Quincy's Hirenkyaku.
Sonído allows an Arrancar to move very quickly from one location to another. There are two Arrancar who are the most skilled at using Sonído. They are Zommari Rureaux and Coyote Starrk.
5. Descorrer
An Arrancar and Hollow can travel from Hueco Mundo to the human world through a portal called Garganta. This portal can be created through a technique called Descorrer.
When compared to low-level Hollows, Gargantas created by Espada members are much more stable. This technique is shown quite often in the story, especially at the beginning of the Arrancar invasion of Karakura Town.
6. Pesquisa
Pesquisa is a special technique that allows an Arrancar to detect the presence of an opponent's Reiatsu within a certain radius. With this technique, an Arrancar can also see how strong the enemy they are facing is.
Ulquiorra is one of the Espada who excels in using Pesquisa. He can apply it in battle so that he can detect the opponent's location even if he closes his eyes.
7. High Level Regeneration
Since Arrancar are basically Hollows, it is not surprising that they have high levels of regeneration abilities. This ability allows them to be superior to their enemies.
Arrancar can heal themselves easily if they are injured in battle. Even though they suffered very serious injuries, they were able to return to their prime when they activated the Resurrección form.
8. Resurreccion
Resurrección is arguably the Arrancar's strongest technique as it allows them to release their true power sealed within their Zanpakutō. Apart from that, the Arrancar's Resurrección form is usually based on animals.
Resurrección is able to increase Arrancar's fighting abilities to the maximum. Apart from that, they are capable of issuing deadly attacks. They can even match the power of the Shinigami captains' Bankai without difficulty.
