1. Entry Form
For starters, there is Entry Form as well as Kamen Rider Geats base form. This form is accessed by Geats by utilizing the Desire Driver and Geats Core ID. In terms of ability, this form is of course weak and unreliable in battle.
Geats can use Buckle to strengthen their combat abilities. For example, he can use Magnum Buckle or Boosts Buckle which makes him invincible in DGP.
2. Magnum Form

Zombie Form is basically a form that fits perfectly with Kamen Rider Buffa. However, Geats and other Riders are also able to access this form as long as they hold the Zombie Buckle in their hands.
Although not as good as Buffa, Geats is able to bring out the power of Zombie Form well. He can swing Zombie Breaker to destroy the Jyamato troops on the battlefield.
6.Ninja Form
Similar to the previous case, Ninja Form is the main form that has high compatibility with Kamen Rider Tycoon. Geats used this form when he fought against Saboten Knight Jyamato.
After accessing the Ninja Buckle, Geats has the advantage in terms of speed. His movement as well as his attacks is quite difficult to predict. In addition, he is able to use very cool ninja moves.
7. Monster Form
Geats first accessed Monster Form when he fought in the final battle against Saboten Knight Jyamato. Monster Form gives Geats additional strength which is quite brutal in battle.

9. Fever Boost Form
In a fierce battle against Jyamato in the labyrinth, the Geats get a new Buckle called the Feverslot Buckle. This tool has a unique way of working and is similar to a slot machine.
By combining it with the Boost Buckle, Geats is also able to access the Fever Boost Form. This form increases his strength drastically. In addition, he is able to issue a powerful attack called Golden Fever Victory.
10. Fever Magnum Form
Almost like the previous case, Fever Magnum Form is a modified form of Geats which is accessed with the Feverslot Buckle and Magnum Buckle. He displayed this form in the decisive battle in the labyrinth.
In this form, Geats can use two Magnum Shooter 40X simultaneously. He is able to pull out a very strong continuous fire. Not only that, he has two variations of finisher techniques, namely Hyper Magnum Victory and Golden Fever Victory.
11. Raising Form
In episode 13, Geats got a new item called Command Jet Buckle from a mysterious man. Without thinking, he used the Buckle until he changed to Raising Form.
In this form, Geats gets a new weapon in Raising Sword. The sword is very cool and capable of issuing powerful slashes. With that sword, Geats was able to defeat Jyamato's army without difficulty.
12. Command Form Cannon Mode
Command Form Cannon Mode is arguably Kamen Rider Geats' strongest form so far. He accesses this form by simultaneously activating the Command Jet Buckle and the Command Cannon Buckle.
In addition to getting a significant increase in strength, the Geats are equipped with a pair of cannons. With this cannon, he can issue a very powerful destructive shot called Command Twin Victory.
