Yusuke Urameshi is the main protagonist in YuYu Hakusho. After rising from the dead, he has the task of being a Spirit Detective who protects the human world from the threat of evil demons.

10. Spirit Kick
First of all, there is a unique technique called Spirit Kick which was released by Yusuke together with Kuwabara. When using this technique, Yusuke will coat his legs with energy so that the effect of the kick is stronger.
Yusuke and Kuwabara used this technique to defeat a weak demon named Gokumonki when they were on their way to save Yukina.
9. Spirit Punch
Even though Yusuke is a long-range fighter, he is no less great in close combat through fist fighting. He can channel his spiritual energy into certain body parts such as punches or fists to increase his attack power.
Apart from that, fists coated with spiritual energy could be used to block the opponent's attacks. For example, when Yusuke fights Suzaku's arrow attack.
8. Spirit Shotgun
After training under the guidance of teacher Genkai, Yusuke was able to become stronger until he was able to develop a new attack variation, namely the Spirit Shotgun. Unlike the Spirit Gun, this technique takes the form of continuous shots.

7. Spirit Gun

6. Spirit Gun Barrage
Yusuke's next strongest technique is Spirit Gun Barrage. He uses a technique that Yusuke only demonstrated in his fight against Chu in the Dark Tournament. This technique was created when Yusuke fired two Spirit Guns in succession.
The first shot functions as the main attack, while the second shot functions as a booster that increases the power of the first shot. The Spirit Gun Barrage proves capable against Chu's Ogre Boulder.
5. Spirit Wave
Different from the previous technique, Spirit Wave is a risky technique and requires large amounts of spiritual energy. To use the technique, Yusuke must focus his spiritual energy throughout his body as a catalyst.
After all preparations are complete, Yusuke will release a full-power attack at close range. He demonstrated the technique for the first time to defeat Jin in the Dark Tournament.
4. Demon Gun
Demon Gun basically has the same principle and way of working as Spirit Gun. The difference lies in the type of energy used. The Demon Gun was issued by Yusuke when he was reborn as a Mazoku aka devil.
If the Spirit Gun is bright blue, the Demon Gun is red. The shot also goes faster and is able to produce more damage to the opponent. At the end of the story, Yusuke is interestingly able to release the Demon Gun and Spirit Gun at the same time.
3. Spirit Gun Mega
In the final battle against Young Toguro, Yusuke experienced a very critical situation. He had to risk all his remaining energy to defeat Young Toguro who activated his power at 100%.
With his strong determination, Yusuke was able to create a giant Spirit Gun. At first his attack did not have a direct impact, but the attack then destroyed Young Toguro's body to pieces.
2. Demon Gun Mega
Demon Gun Mega can be said to be the most powerful and destructive version of the Spirit Gun. Yusuke launched this attack when he received power from Raizen. He used this technique to defeat Shinobu Sensui.
When using this technique, Yusuke focuses all the demonic energy within him into one shot. The destructive power of this shot is capable of destroying anything in its path.
1. Mazoku Transformation
Sensui is one of the strongest enemies Yusuke has ever fought. He was able to make Yusuke cornered and get into trouble. However, Yusuke managed to change the tide of battle after he awakened the hidden power within him.
Yusuke is able to transform into a demon form, aka Mazoku. His appearance changed to become very scary and his hair became longer. In addition, his strength and energy become overwhelming in battle.
