Rogue Out is a criminal organization based on Planet Guilst. They accept any job, no matter how dirty. For example, they were once tasked with hunting down beautiful B-Cubers on Illega's orders.
Rogue Out boasts a formidable fighting force. This was demonstrated when they fought Shiki and his friends. However, five of their main members receive significant attention in the Edens Zero story.

1. Sister
Sister is an android who founded and led the Rogue Out squad. She has a very cold, pragmatic nature, and views her subordinates as nothing more than tools/pawns.
In the past, Sister captured the real Sister Ivy and copied her powers and identity. She was also able to use Sister Ivy's healing abilities. After her true identity was revealed, she was killed by Jinn, enraged by her deception.
2. Sister Ivy
Sister Ivy could be considered a passive member of the Rogue Out group, as she was merely a victim held captive by the fake Sister. She was one of the Four Shining Stars who once served Demon King Ziggy in Edens Zero.
Sister Ivy was captured by the fake Sister while on a mission while still a member of Shooting Starlight. Fortunately, her whereabouts were discovered by Weisz and Homura, leading to her release.
3. Jinn
The next Rogue Out member is an android named Jinn. He has characteristics similar to a ninja. He has a very serious nature and carries out his missions with full dedication.
Jinn willingly obeys the fake Sister's orders because he wants to heal his sister, Kleene. In terms of power, Jinn is an Ether Gear user. He possesses the unique ability Wind Rage, which is related to the wind element.
4. Ganoff
Next, there's a Rogue Out member named Ganoff. He has a harsh and somewhat sadistic nature. He seems to enjoy seeing others suffer, as he did to Rebecca.
Ganoff possesses an ability called Digital Bind, which allows him to control restraint devices that can be used on targets. He also carries a firearm to attack his enemies.
5. Mosco Versa-0
The final member of Rogue Out is a machine named Mosco Versa-0. He was originally a loyal servant of Sister Ivy. However, he was modified by the fake Sister to obey her commands.
Compared to Jinn or Ganoff, Mosco Versa-0 isn't particularly dangerous. He even tends to be goofy. Furthermore, he's relatively weak, having been defeated instantly after being shot by Weisz.
