10. Cymbal
Cymbal is the third son of King Piccolo who was born to find the Dragon Ball. However, he is not a big threat in the story. Despite this, it can fire deadly electric shock waves.
The samurai Yajirobe had time to fight these green monsters and he easily recognized the power of the Cymbals when they fought. The fight was short because Yajirobe was able to dodge the Cymbal's attacks and free it quickly.
9. Drum
Next, there is King Piccolo's fourth son named Drum. He is one of the strongest son of King Piccolo. As a proof of his strength, Drum had dominated the fight against Tien Shinhan. As we know, Tien was one of the toughest fighters on Earth at that time.
Tien had won the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament and defeated little Goku. Because of that, Drum's power contrasts when he overwhelms Tien. Even so, Drum is ultimately defeated by Goku who grows stronger very quickly.
8. Tambourine

Kami are former guardians of the Earth and half part of King Piccolo. From the outside, he already looked strong and dangerous. Kami had trained Goku for three years which made Goku's strength increased drastically.
This is enough proof that Kami is one of the strongest Namekians. He even took part in the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament and managed to defeat strong fighters, such as Yajirobe and Yamcha. Unfortunately, his efforts had to end after he was defeated by Piccolo.
6. Nail
When Nail was introduced for the first time in the story, he was one of the strongest Namekians at the time. He had fought and endured Frieza's power for a long time. He did that so he could protect Elder Master from Frieza's threat.
The fact that Nail was able to hold out against Frieza was a evidence of his strength. He was defeated by Frieza and lay helpless. He was later found by Piccolo. After that, he asked Piccolo to do a combined technique until the two of them merged into Super Namekian.
5. Lord Slug
In Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug, this character is introduced as Super Namekian. Because of that, he is one of the Namekian with terrible power of his time. Lord Slug's strength is practically equivalent to that of a Super Saiyan.
After collecting dragon balls and obtaining an ageless body, Lord Slug's power increased so drastically that he was able to transform into a Great Namekian. Despite this, Lord Slug was eventually defeated by Goku in his Pseudo Super Saiyan form.

4. Pirina
Pirina is one of the Namekian from Universe 6 who fought in the Tournament of Power. He claims that he has absorbed as many other Namekians as possible so that he can gain additional powers and become a Super Namekian.
Pirina had time to make Goku, Piccolo Jr., and Gohan difficult in the fight. He can shoot lasers from his mouth and is shown to be able to counter Gohan's Ultimate Kamehameha attack. The class, Pirina's strength can't be underestimated.
3. Saonel
Just like Pirina, Saonel is also a Namekian from Universe 6 participating in the tournament. Saonel has also absorbed a lot of Namekian to increase his battle power so that he can become a Super Namekian like Pirina.

After he was freed from the seal, King Piccolo returned with an evil plan. He wanted to destroy all the martial arts fighters on Earth so that no one could seal him. He even collected Dragon Balls so he could regain a younger and stronger body. Once his wish is granted, his power is said to have the potential to destroy a planet.
1. Piccolo Jr.
Perhaps without a doubt, the strongest and most popular Namekian in the Dragon Ball is the last son of King Piccolo, who we know as Piccolo Jr. This character had become a strong enemy for Goku until he turned into a very valuable partner for Goku and his friends.
Piccolo's powers have grown over time. He turns into a Super Namekian after absorbing Nail and Kami. Even though he only absorbed two Namekians, Piccolo's powers proved capable of withstanding attacks from Frieza and Cell's notoriously lethal forces.
In addition, Piccolo can also offset the power of Pirina and Saonel from Universe 6 who have absorbed a lot of Namekian.
