Naruto: 10 Strongest Kisame Hoshigaki Techniques

Kisame Hoshigaki is a criminal ninja from Kirigakure as well as a member of the dangerous group Akatsuki. While still active in the group, Kisame used to partner with Itachi in carrying out missions.

Kisame wields the sword Samehada which is very famous and he also has a very large amount of chakra. He is also known as "Tailed Beast without The Tail" because he is able to combine with Samehada to drastically increase his strength in battle.

Seeing how strong Kisame is in Naruto's story, this time we want  to review a list of techniques or jutsu that he uses in battle. What do you think are Kisame's strongest moves? Come on, let's just discuss it together below!

10. Doton: Dochu Senko

This technique is one of Kisame's interesting jutsu when he uses the earth element. With this jutsu, Kisame was able to turn the ground around him into liquid. It allows him to swim underground at high speed.

This technique is very dangerous because he is able to give sneak attacks without being noticed by the target. Kisame also combines this jutsu with Samehada sword. When in action, they both look like sharks trying to pounce on their prey.

9. Suiro no Jutsu

Kisame's next strongest technique is Suiro no Jutsu which has an advantage in trapping opponents. When releasing this jutsu, Kisame is able to create a water prison in the shape of a ball towards its target.

This water prison is very strong and difficult to break. In addition, Kisame can create several water prisons at once. However, he had to continue to make physical contact with the water prison he created. Because of that, he needed to use several water clones as support.

8. Silent Killing

This one move is a secret technique that is mastered by the Kirigakure ninja, including Kisame. As the name implies, this technique is a very powerful and deadly silent killing method.

The user of this technique is able to move silently without being noticed by the opponent. Some shinobi even combine this technique by creating fog to interfere with the opponent's vision. Therefore, this technique is quite difficult to anticipate.

7. Suiton: Suikodan no Jutsu

Next, there is Kisame's move named Suikodan no Jutsu which is no less terrible than before. When releasing this technique, Kisame will manipulate a certain amount of water with both hands and direct it towards the opponent.

Once released, this water move will take the form of a shark with sharp fangs. The movement of the water shark is very fast and strong so that it can cause severe damage when it hits a target or enemy.

6. Suiton: Goshokuzame

When releasing this jutsu, Kisame will put his hand on the surface of the water. Then, he will release the chakra from the tips of his five fingers and form the chakra into five sharks that are very fierce and difficult to destroy.

The sharks will surround the target at high speed to create a strong current that can restrain the target's movement. The shark's fangs are very sharp and can tear the opponent's body with a very deadly successive attack.

5. Suiton: Bakusui Shoha

This Jutsu is one of Kisame's most powerful moves. When using this jutsu, Kisame is able to expel a large amount of water from his mouth until he creates a powerful giant wave.

Uniquely, the user of this technique can ride the waves and direct them to destroy the opponent. The amount of water produced from this technique also depends on the amount of chakra the user has. Because Kisame has a large amount of chakra, he is able to turn dry land into an ocean on a small scale.

4. Suiton: Daikodan no Jutsu

Suiton: Daikodan no Jutsu is a more powerful version of the Suikodan no Jutsu. When using this technique in battle, Kisame will attack the opponent directly with a giant shark created from water.

Unlike the previous version, the power of this move is much more dangerous because the giant shark is able to absorb chakra from the opponent's stance. The more chakra it absorbs, it will grow bigger and stronger by itself.

3. Suiton: Senshokuko

This move is a much more powerful and terrifying version of the Suiton: Goshokuzame technique. Kisame first demonstrated this technique when he faced Might Guy in a very fierce battle.

When activating this move, Kisame will create a thousand water sharks and form like a tsunami that is ready to hit the opponent directly. Only ninjas who have high-level skills are able to withstand attacks from this one technique.

2. Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shoha

As the name implies, this Kisame move is a much more powerful and terrifying version of the normal Bakusui Shoha technique. When using this move, Kisame will release a large amount of water and cover the entire area with tsunami water. The sea of water resulting from this technique gives Kisame a huge advantage in combat because he can turn it into a giant water prison. In addition, Kisame was able to issue his strongest stance after he released this jutsu.

1. Suiro Sameodori no Jutsu

So far, the Suiro Sameodori no Jutsu is Kisame's strongest jutsu shown in Naruto's story. Kisame first demonstrated this technique when he faced off against Might Guy and Killer Bee in an intense battle.
When activating this jutsu, Kisame will form a giant prison of water and he acts as the center point of the giant water dome. The water dome will continue to follow Kisame's movements so it is almost impossible for the opponent to escape from this giant water prison. Worst of all, Kisame joins Samehada when he unleashes this move. The combination gives him a huge advantage because he is able to breathe underwater and attack the target in a relentless manner.
