Baroque Works is a criminal organization founded by the former Sichibukai, Crocodile that has been running for several years. The aim of this organization was to overthrow the Alabasta Kingdom and create a new ideal state.
Baroque Works agents have their own duties and roles. They usually act as bounty hunters and loot and kill pirates who have just entered the Grand Line. In addition, they were also given the task of spreading slander and lies against the king of Alabasta with the ultimate goal of taking over the power of the king of Alabasta by Crocodile. The members of Baroque Works were also promised a high social status when a new country had been formed by Crocodile.
Unlike other organizations, the system of Baroque Works uses a simple code. All members' names are kept confidential. In fact, the members at first did not know who their leader was until finally Crocodile introduced himself to the main agents tasked with completing Crocodile's final plan to overthrow the Alabasta kingdom. Mr. 0
Crocodile is the leader of Baroque Works codenamed Mr. 0 who also served as a member of the Ouka Sichibukai with a bounty of 81,000,000 Berries. He is a very cunning character and is also good at strategizing. Besides aiming to overthrow the Arabasta kingdom, Crocodile also aims to target the ancient weapon in Arabasta, namely Pluton.

He has the power of the Suna Suna no Mi devil fruit which allows him to manipulate sand. With his power, Crocodile was even able to make Luffy almost die twice. Prior to joining the Straw Hat Pirates, Nico Robin had been a partner of Crocodile in the Baroque Works organization with the code name Miss All Sunday. She has a high bounty when she was still a member of the organization, which is 80,000,000 because she can read Poneglyphs so she is considered as a threat to the marine. The crime was covered up by the World Government and they told the world that Nico Robin was able to destroy a naval warship at the age of eight.
The main reason Nico Robin joined Crocodile was to seek shelter under strong people. She didn't even intend to help Crocodile at all to resurrect Pluton who could shake the world. Mr. 1

After the fight, Mr. 2 tries to work with Luffy and friends to escape from the marines. Mr. 3 is a Baroque Works agent who clashed with Luffy and friends on the island of Little Garden. Mr. 3 has the name Galdino. He has a very unique appearance because he puts his hair in a ponytail so that it forms a number three, according to his nickname.
Not only that, he is also a very cunning character while upholding professionalism in his work. He has the Doru Doru no Mi devil fruit ability which allows him to manipulate candles. On top of that, he also had a bounty of 42,000,000 Berries.
In terms of strength, Mr. 3 is actually weaker than Mr. 4, but Crocodile gave him the codename because he recognized Mr. 3 in carrying out the mission. The real identity of Mr. 8 is Igaram who works as the head of defense of the Alabasta Kingdom. He along with the royal princess infiltrated the criminal organization to uncover the mastermind behind the organization.
Apart from that, Igaram is an agent who is tough enough to make him able to occupy this position. He has a unique attack with his Saxophone weapon that is capable of releasing bullets. In addition, he is also capable of firing bullets from his unique hair.
