In Inuyasha's story, there is a group of mercenaries known as the Shichinintai. The group contains strong characters who are very skilled in assassination missions. Their existence is even capable of frightening the feudal lords.
Interestingly, the Shichinintai group had time to work under Naraku's orders. Seeing how interesting this group is, this time we want to discuss the list of Shichinintai members and their strengths.
1. Bankotsu
Bankotsu is the leader and the strongest member of the Shichinintai group. Despite being young, Bankotsu displays impressive fighting skills. He chose a halberd named Banryu as a weapon.
As a leader, Bankotsu is able to organize his members in carrying out missions. In addition, he is very loyal to his members so he is highly respected. Bankotsu does not believe in life after death and makes him feel free to live life.
2. Renkotsu
Renkotsu is arguably the second person in the Shichinintai. While Bankotsu is very superior in terms of strength, Renkotsu has a genius side that is very useful in the group. Besides, he always looks serious.
Renkutsu is very skilled in making interesting weapons related to fire. In addition, he can amplify the fire attack with special oil from his mouth. Ironically, Renkotsu was killed by Bankotsu because he had chosen the wrong path.
3. Jakotsu
Jakotsu is the third member of the Shichinintai who looks hyperactive. Even though he is a male, he has a very feminist look by wearing a yukata and a purple scarf. In addition, he is very interested in Inuyasha.
Jakotsu has an interesting sword named Jakotsuto. The sword consists of 50 segments that can be resized as desired. The attack from Jakotsu's sword is more like a snake and is very difficult for the opponent to predict. In the story, he was killed by Renkotsu.

4. Suikotsu
Suikotsu is a member of the Shichinintai who has a split personality. When in good mode, Suikotsu is a philanthropic doctor who really cares about street children. However, he turns into a sadistic figure when he is overcome by his evil personality.
Suikotsu has an interesting weapon in the form of claw-shaped Tiger-Claw gloves. The weapon was made from his modified scalpel. With that claw, Suikotsu finishes off his opponents in battle.
5. Ginkotsu
Ginkotsu is one of the most interesting members of the Sichinintai because he has a mechanical body. The body is the result of modifications made by Renkotsu and was destroyed in the battle against Inuyasha.
Renkotsu then re-modifies Ginkotsu's body to be stronger and equipped with additional interesting weapons. Ginkotsu's strength often makes his opponent difficult. Despite this, Ginkotsu is terrible at communicating.
6. Mukotsu
The next Sichinintai member is Mukotsu who has the appearance of an old man. In addition, he is obsessed with seducing women and he hates the word rejection. Whenever he was rejected by a woman, Mukotsu would get very angry and could get out of control.
In fighting, Mukotsu relies on a deadly poison to defeat his opponent. He was interested in getting Kagome and intends to marry her. Fortunately, Mukotsu's evil intentions were successfully stopped after Sesshomaru's arrival.
7. Kyokotsu
Kyokotsu is a member of the Shichinintai who was first introduced in the story. His presence became one of the signs of the existence of the Shichinintai. Despite his abnormal physical form, Kyokotsu is arguably weaker than the other members.
The main advantage of Kyokotsu is strong physical strength. He can fight with his bare hands and defeat the enemy easily. In addition, he has a cannibalistic nature that makes him even more terrifying.
