Arlong Pirates are one of the most famous pirates in East Blue. Unlike other pirates, this pirate has a crew of fishmen. They are famous for their cruelty and hatred of humans.
They have several main members who are on average strong and tough. Who are they? Come on, let's just look at the following list!
1. Arlong
Arlong is a very cruel fishman with a bounty of 20,000,000 Berries. Together with his crew, he came from the Grand Line and wreak havoc in East Blue. Arlong's arrival also brought nightmares for Nami and the people of Cocoyasi village.
Arlong hates humans because of the bitter memories of his past. However, Arlong is fiercely loyal to his fellow fishmen. In the middle of the story, it is revealed that Arlong still has a brotherly relationship with Jinbe and Fisher Tiger who used to form the Sun Pirates.
Arlong can be said to be very strong for a pirate in East Blue and he is a formidable opponent for Luffy. As a fishman, Arlong's strength is much stronger than ordinary humans. He is also very agile and has strong fangs like a shark. In addition, Arlong also uses a sword named Kiribachi.
2. Kuroobi
Kuroobi is a stingray fishman who is very loyal to Arlong. He has a bounty of 9,000,000 Berries. In addition, he is also a Gyojin Karate expert. Just like Arlong, he also hates humans.
As a fighter, Kuroobi has quite high respect for his formidable opponent. He also always takes advantage of combat situations, such as when he attacked Sanji in the water. He is indeed unbeatable in water fights, but Kuroobi can be defeated easily by Sanji while on land.
3. Hatchan

This octopus fish man is the main member of the Arlong pirates. Hatchan's personality is not as cruel as the rest of Arlong's crew. He even often displays his ridiculous nature throughout the story. He has a bounty that is not much different from Kuroobi, which is 8,000,000 Berries.
Hatchan is able to wield six swords at once with his six hands. He had fought quite fiercely against Zoro who was injured at that time. He is also quite cunning because he attacks Zoro's scar area. However, Hatchan's sword skills are far behind Zoro's so he is defeated by Zoro.
4. Chew
This Arlong crew has long lips as its trademark. He is also one of the main members who have an important role in the crew. Apart from that, Chew also has a bounty of 5,500,000 Berries.
Besides having strong physical abilities as a fishman, Chew also has a very unique fighting style. He is capable of shooting water bullets from his mouth. Chew's attacks are strong enough to destroy trees. Even though he is strong, he is unfortunately defeated by Usopp's cunning as well as luck.
5. Nami
Before joining Luffy, Nami was a member of the Arlong Pirates. As proof, Nami had a tattoo of the Arlong pirate on her left arm. If Arlong hates humans so much, Nami is an exception. He saw Nami's extraordinary talent in cartography.
Nami was actually forced to do that because she didn't want the people in her hometown to be in danger. She also tried to get 100 million Bellies by work as a thief to free her and the people of the village from Arlong.
Unfortunately, Arlong's promise was only a false promise and Nami felt betrayed. Thanks to the help of Luffy and his friends, Arlong and his members were defeated and Nami was freed from Arlong's shackles. Nami then joined Luffy as her navigator.
6. Momo
Momo is a sea monster whose appearance is similar to a cow. Just like normal sea monsters, Momo has very strong and brutal powers. He is shown to be capable of destroying a village.
Momo was so afraid of Arlong that he always obeyed his orders. Even though Momo is very strong, Momo is nothing in front of Luffy and Sanji. He was beaten to a pulp by both of them.
