In the story, Kanao Tsuyuri's fighting skills are clearly seen when she fights a demon named Doma. She has the Nichirin Sword which is pink in color. The sword really suited her fighting style which relied on the Flower Breathing.

Unlike Kanao, Genya uses the Nichirin Sword which is shorter in size and similar to a wakizashi. Not only that, he uses an additional weapon in the form of a gun filled with Nichirin bullets that can kill demons.

Muichiro Tokito played an important role in the battle at the swordsmith village. He wields a white Nichirin Sword which looks unique. The color was indeed in harmony with the Breathing of Mist that he was good at.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni is a legendary demon slayer as well as the creator of Sun Breathing which is very feared by Muzan. He has an obsidian black Nichirin Sword. Interestingly, the sword can turn red when on the battlefield.
