Kamen rider Agito is the second Kamen Rider series in the Heisei Period. The series first aired in Japan in 2001 and ended in 2002. This Kamen rider tells the story of a young man named Souichi Tsugami who has lost his memory.
He has the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Agito and fight against Unknown to protect those around him. In fighting, he is also assisted by other Riders, such as Kamen Rider G3 and Kamen Rider Gills.

1. Kamen Rider Agito

Souichi Tsugami whose real name is Tetsuya Sawaki is a young man who lost his memory after the Akatsuki ship incident caused by Unknown. He was later found and allowed to live with the Misugi family and help the family on a daily basis. There, she helps the Misugi family with household chores, such as cooking, gardening, and cleaning the house.
Souichi has the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Agito when facing El of Water on the Akatsuki ship. He then uses this ability to fight the Unknowns. When transforming into Agito, Souchi fought very elegantly and he grew stronger with time.
Kamen Rider Agito has a very distinctive and iconic attack. When using a rider kick, its horns will branch and allow it to expend all of its energy. It was that kick he used to destroy Unknown. Apart from that, Agito also has several forms, such as Storm Form, Flame Form, Trinity Form, Burning Form, and Shining Form.
2. Kamen Rider G3
The second person who becomes a rider in this story is a young policeman named Makoto Hikawa. He is a person who is called a hero in the Akatsuki ship incident because he bravely saved the people on the ship. Apart from that, he is also the person appointed to be the user of the G3 System, a Rider system developed by the police based on Kuuga's motives and abilities in the past.
Unlike the other riders, Kamen Rider G3 looks like a robot. To transform into a G3, Makoto Hikawa had to go through the manual method by attaching one part of the G3 to his body one by one, unlike other riders who change automatically. In fighting, Kamen Rider G3 is equipped with various weapons located on his body, such as the GM-01 Scorpion pistol, GG-02 Salamander grenades, and many more.
Basically, the G3 that appears at the beginning of Agito's story is a prototype because it's form is still imperfect and vulnerable to Unknown attacks. The system was later upgraded to G3-X with an AI program that made its users more aggressive in fighting against Uknown. Unlike the regular G3, Hikawa's abilities when using the G3-X are much faster.
3. Kamen Rider Gills
Ryo Ashihara is a former talented swimmer from Jyohoku University. His life changed after he had a car accident incident that made his body change. Gradually, he turns into a monster, namely Kamen Rider Gills. However, the change has the side effect of damaging his cells and it takes time for them to heal again.
Unlike Agito, Kamen Rider Gills has stronger physical abilities and is also aggressive in battle. Gills once won a one-on-one battle against Agito. In addition, Gills also often fights brutally and he often goes berserk and vents his emotions in battle. However, Kamen Rider Gills also has a special ability, namely the ability to regenerate his injuries during battle.
In fighting, Gills also uses biological weapons originating from his body, such as claws or swords that protrude from his wrists and legs. Apart from that, he can also issue special tentacles that function like whips. Just like Agito and G3, Gills' strength also increases when he changes to Exceed Gills mode.
4. Kamen Rider Another Agito
Kaoru Kino is a genius surgeon. He quit his profession after an accident on a snowy mountain that resulted in an operation on his hand. This left her with severe psychological trauma. Just like Souichi, Kino's strength also rose during the Akatsuki ship incident. He can transform into Kamen RiderAnother Agito with a cricket motif.
Even though Another Agito only has one form change, he has abilities that are no less than Agito. Another Agito has a high level of endurance and agility. Apart from that, he also has a jagged weapon called Bio Claws that sticks out from his forearms and calves. Another Agito's strongest attacks are named Assault Kick and Assault Punch, a super strong attack in both kick and punch versions.
5. Kamen Rider G4
Shiro Mizuki is a soldier full of pride and willing to fight to the death. He is also a person who is obsessed with power. Hence, he agreed to use the G4-System. As a soldier, Shiro has high fighting abilities. He is an ideal fighter and is suitable to be a G4 system.
The G4 system is an upgraded G3 system, but this system is very dangerous and takes a lot of casualties due to its lethal effect. This system was developed by Risa Fukami after she managed to steal it from Ozawa. Unlike the G3 which uses the Ai system, the G4 was developed using the Prediction System. That's what makes Kamen Rider G4 stronger than G3. In fighting, Kamen Rider G4 is also equipped with various upgraded weapons.
6. V1-System
Unlike other riders, Victory 1 or V1-System is a system developed by Toru Hojo to compete with Ozawa's G3-X System. Hojo is a talented police officer and detective who has an annoying attitude in Agito's story. He has always been obsessed with showing who he is in various ways and looks even more superior than Hikawa.
For this reason, Hojo proposed a plan to make the V1-System as an alternative to beat Unknown. Unfortunately, V1 was only shown once in the fight when Hojo saved a victim from an attack by Apis Mellitus. The V1 was later destroyed by the G3-X during test trials. At that time, Hojo pointed his gun at Hikawa. Automatically, the AI in G3-X considers it a danger and as a result, G3-X attacks V1 all out.
