Kinsou no Vermeil is an anime adapted from the manga written by Kōta Amana and illustrated by Yōko Umezu. As the title suggests, this anime focuses on a beautiful devil named Vermeil.
Vermeil was sealed in a book for hundreds of years. Once upon a time, she was summoned by a young man named Alto who was studying magic at Royal Ortigia Magic Academy.
Alto asked Vermeil to become his familiar. They finally agreed to a contract. After that, they had funny moments until the two of them got closer to each other.

10. Sister
Sister is a kind person who took care of Vermeil in his childhood. Even though she knew that Vermeil was a devil, she still cared for her with all her heart and taught her to be a good son.
Unfortunately, Sister had a very tragic end. After people found out Vermeil's true identity, she and her small family were judged by them in a cruel way. Sister's death left a deep trauma for Vermeil.
9. Jessica Schwarz
Jessica Schwarz is a member of the student council at Ortigia Academy. She has a firm nature and adheres to the rules. On top of that, she also showed an arrogant side as she felt proud of her status as a member of the student council.
Jessica had opposed Vermeil's existence at the academy because she felt Vermeil was an evil devil. Despite her serious nature, she is quite innocent when it comes to romance. Her face always blushed when she saw Alto and Vermeil's intimacy.
8. Iolite
Iolite is Alto's nemesis in the story. He is known as a young wizard who is very genius and holds the title Platinum Square. Despite that, he uses his talents and abilities for nefarious purposes.
Iolita has a cruel nature and has no empathy for other people. In addition, he feels superior and underestimates the abilities of others. He also has magical powers that are hard to fight against.

Sharol Iridescence is Marcus Parston's childhood friend and personal maid. She is wearing a maid outfit as her signature. In addition, she always put Marcus ahead of her personal affairs.
Sharol also maintained a good relationship together with Alto and Lilia. She liked hanging out with them on various occasions. As a friend, she has a supportive and caring nature.

Alto Goldfield is a mild-mannered young wizard who loves to learn. He also has an impressive talent for using magic. He has strong aspirations to become a wizard with the title Platinum Square.
Even though Vermeil often teased Alto with his flirtatious behavior, Alto always restrained himself and tried to think straight. After spending a lot of time with Vermeil, he started liking Vermeil and was determined to protect her.
2. Lilia Kudelfeyt
In second place, there is a cute girl named Lilia Kudelfyt who secretly has feelings for Alto. Shs has known Alto and been good friends with him since they were kids. Because of that, their relationship is so familiar.
Lilia has high concern for Alto. She also likes to invite Alto to study together, even though she only wants to be alone with Alto. She was always jealous when Vermeil was near Alto.

Vermeil is a beautiful and sexy demon who is the main focus of the story. After establishing a contract with Alto, she also considers Alto as her master. She always teases Alto with her wild seductions and makes him nervous.
Apart from that, Vermeil has a traumatic past. She's not entirely evil either. She always helps Alto whenever Alto is in trouble or danger. What is clear, the two of them are a harmonious and one-sided couple.
