Hamon is an unique energy that appears in the story of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The energy has properties similar to that of the sun. In addition, this energy can be used as a weapon in battle, especially against vampires.

1. Jonathan Joestar
Jonathan Joestar is the first JoJo who play an important role in Phantom Blood. In order to beat Dio who turned into a vampire, he studied Hamon under the guidance of Will A. Zeppeli.
From the start, Jonathan did have high potential. This allowed him to master Hamon in no time. He was even able to develop powerful techniques against Dio and his vampire army.
2. Will Anthony Zeppeli
Despite his eccentric appearance, Will Anthonio Zeppeli is a very good Hamon user. His goal is to destroy the cursed stone masks that bring misery to people.
After hearing Jonathan's courage, Will suddenly appeared before Jonathan. He also decided to become a mentor to Jonathan because he believed that Jonathan could become a much stronger Hamon user than him.
3. Tonpetty
Tonpetty is a Hamon master who comes from a temple in the Tibet region. He has trained many people who want to learn the use of Hamon. He had some great students, such as Will A. Zeppeli, Dire, and Straizo.
Tonpetty has a very wise and sympathetic nature towards others. In addition, he is also able to see the path of a person's life. He had warned Zeppeli about his tragic fate in the future.
4. Dire
Dire was a good friend of Zeppeli who is very skilled at using Hamon. He also had an interest in Jonathan. When they met, he attacked Jonathan to see how much strength Jonathan had.
At the request of Zeppeli, Dire along with Straizo and Master Tonpetty were willing to help Jonathan. They were also involved in a fierce battle against Dio's troops. Unfortunately, Dire died in the battle.
5. Straizo
In contrast to the aggressive Dire, Straizo had a more calm nature. He was also able to use Hamon so great that he becomes a master. Ironically, he even took the wrong path.

7. Caesar Anthony Zeppeli
As the name implies, Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli is the grandson of Will A. Zeppeli. He was also very skilled at using Hamon. In addition, he also fought with Joseph to defeat the pillar humans.
Caesar had a very unique fighting style. He could take out the bubbles covered by Hamon. He had fought and nailed against Wamuu until he died in the battle.
8. Lisa Lisa

9. Messina
Messina is one of Lisa Lisa's maids as well as a skilled Hamon user. He has a very muscular body and a mustache in the style of Fu Manchu. In addition, he seems to have a good sense of humor.
Messina was trusted by Lisa Lisa to test Caesar. He also helped Lisa Lisa in guarding Red Stone of Aja. In addition, he was involved in a conflict against Wamuu until he lost one of his arms.
10.Logins

12. Ultimate Kars
Kars is the strongest enemy that must be defeated by Joseph Joestar in Battle Tendency. He has very overpowered strength. In addition, he has an ambitious nature and is obsessed with getting the Red Stone of Aja.
Basically, Hamon is the main weakness of Kars along with other pillar humans. However, all that changed after he transformed into a Ultimate Kars. He is able to control Hamon very great.
