Libra is a secret organization who plays an important role in Kekkai Sensen. They move in secret in Hellsalem's Lot. Their main mission is to protect peace and balance between Earth and Alterworld.

1. Klaus von Reinherz
Klaus Von Reinherz is a very powerful and respected leader of the Libra group. He has a very muscular body. Although he usually appears calm and serious, he can turn out to be very scary when fighting.
Klaus usually fights with bare hands reinforced with metal knuckles. He mastered the fighting art called Brain Grid Blood Battle Style. He can manipulate his blood to attack, defend, and seal opponents.
2. Steven A. Starphase
Steven A. Starphase is Klaus' right hand man. He also usually appears in neat suits. He may seem like a lazy bum, but he has a lot of connections which often help Libra's operations.
Steven has a special ability called Esmeralda Blood Freeze. He can lower the temperature of his blood until he is able to freeze his target. He used to act along with K.K. in battle.
3. Zapp Refro
The next Libra member is an eccentric man named Zapp Renfro. He has a very silly nature and likes to make fun of Leonardo with his wild behavior. Besides, he has always been obsessed with beating Klaus.
Despite his silliness, Zapp Renfro is a strong and talented fighter because he has studied with Raju Jugei Shizuyoshi. He mastered the Big Dipper Blood Style which allows him to manipulate his blood into swords or threads.
4. Chain Sumeragi
Chain Sumeragi is a Libra member known as the Invisible Werewolf. She has a serious nature and also cares about her friends. In addition, she seems to have a close relationship with Steven.
In addition, Chain also has a very great ability. She js able to pass through walls, resist gravity, and even erase her presence. However, that power can cause her to lose her memory permanently if overused.
5.Leonardo Watch
Leonardo Watch is the main protagonist in the Kekkai Sensen story. Not long after he went to Hellsalem's Lot, he decided to join Libra's group. He wanted to heal his sister's eyes which could not see.
Leonardo has a very special vision called All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods. He is able to see things that ordinary humans cannot. He got that ability from an entity named Riga El Menuhyut.
6. K.K.
K.K. is a member of Libra who is no less eccentric. One of hrt trademarks is that she wears an eyepatch like a pirate. In addition, she has a humble nature and really cares about her family.
In terms of abilities, K.K. uses a special fighting style called 954 Blood Bullet Art. She is capable of shooting electric bullets through her firearm. The bullet is capable of executing enemies at high speed.
7. Gilbert F. Altstein
The next Libra member is Klaus' servant named Gilbert F. Altstein. He has quite a mysterious appearance because his face is covered in bandages. He also rarely gets the spotlight in the story.
Apart from that, Gilbert has a big contribution in his group. He used to take care of things related to the intelligence network. In addition, he also has insight in the world of automotive and weapons.
8. Blitz T. Abrams
Blitz T. Abrams is known as the best vampire hunter in the world. He has a friendly nature. However, he is shunned by people because his presence always brings bad luck and havoc to those around him.
Although his abilities are rarely shown, Abrams is said to have killed countless members of the Blood Breed. He is always summoned by Klaus when the Libra members face the threat of vampires.
9. Dog Hummer & Deldro Brody
Dog Hummer & Deldro Brody are very unique characters because they are two people who are in one body. In addition, they both have contradictory characteristics and backgrounds.
They both have a special power called the Blood Hammer Hummer which allows him to create an exoskeleton armor called Exocrimson. The armor increased their physical strength significantly.
10. Zed O'Brien
The next Libra member is a merman or fishman named Zed O'Brian. He has a very serious nature. Even though he was Zapp's schoolmate, the two of them couldn't get along cutely.
Zed has also mastered the fighting arts of the Big Dipper Blood Battle Style. He can turn his blood into a trident to fight. Apart from that, he could also form them into threads that were strengthened with wind attacks.
11. Patrick
Unlike previous Libra members, Patrick appears in the story quite rarely. He has a tall body and a face that is quite scary. He used to do the arms trading business.
12. Neyka
Patrick has a beautiful assistant named Neyka. She is still very young and has a quiet nature. According to her confession, she had worked as an assassin before she was hired by Patrick.
13. Sonic
The last Libra member is a cute monkey named Sonic. He is not an ordinary monkey because he is able to move so fast that ordinary humans find it difficult to keep up with his movements.
Sonic had a problem and was considered an enemy by the Libra group. However, the problem was successfully solved by Leonardo. After that, she always followed Leo until she became very close with Leo.
