All Love Breathing's Techniques in Kimetsu no Yaiba

Mitsuri Kanroji is one of the Pillars who uses a unique breathing style, namely the Breathing of Love. The breathing mimics the emotion of love and relies on the user's agility, flexibility, and physical strength.

In fighting, Mitsuri also uses a special Nichirin sword that functions like a whip. She is able to issue some interesting techniques or forms of attack in battle.

There are actually six forms of Love Breathing, but only five of them are shown by Matsuri. Check the complete information below!

1. Ichi no kata: Hatsukoi no Wananaki

The first is Ichi no kata: Hatsukoi no Wananaki. The technique allows Mitsuri to unleash a single, arcing slash towards the target. In one slash, Mitsuri's sword swing can cut several areas of the target's body.

Matsuri first issued this technique to finish off Gyokko's devil fish that attacked the village head and residents of the sword village.

2. Ni no kata: Ōnō Meguru Koi

The second form is Ni no kata: Ōnō Meguru Koi. Similar to the first technique, Mitsuri will issue a single, twisting slash. However, the range of the slash is longer and can cut targets from various angles.

Mitsuri used the technique when she cut one of the wood monsters created by Zohakuten.

3. San no kata: Koi Neko Shigure

San no kata: Koi Neko Shigure is the third form of Love Breathing. Matsuri will jump first. Then, she would let out several snaking slashes at full speed.

Mitsuri used the technique to fend off Zohakuten's lightning attack. Her strong attack had taken Zohakuten by surprise.

4. Go no kata: Yurameku Renjō Midarezume

Yurameku Renjō Midarezume is the fifth form of Love Breathing. This technique is very strong because Mayuri will issue several slashes aggressively until the slashes produce a tornado-like effect.

This technique proved to be effective at cutting several wood monsters created by Zohakuten at the same time.

5. Roku no kata: Neko Ashi Koi Kaze

The sixth and final technique is Neko Ashi Koi Kaze. When using this technique, Matsuri will issue several slashes that appear to be layered in a very short time.

Matsuri once demonstrated this technique to fend off shots from the wood monster Zohakuten.
