1. Senzaemon Nakiri
Senzaemon Nakiri is a former director of Totsuki Academy who is highly respected by people. He looks very dignified and always upholds the rules that apply at the academy. Apart from that, he is also able to observe the potential in the students in the academy.
Senzaemon is a grandfather who cares deeply for his family, especially for Erina. He tries to save Erina from the god's cursed tongue. Because of that, he gathered very talented young chefs.
2. Soe Nakiri
Sōe Nakiri is the son of Senzaemon and father of Alice. He is known as the founder of Nakiri International. He has a very serious and professional nature. He briefly served as a judge in Souma's match against Hayama.
Like Senzaemon, Sōe also loves his family very much. He used to act silly when he was with Alice. He also helps Senzaemon to gather young chefs in various places.
3. Mana Nakiri
Mana Nakiri is the mother of Erina who serves as a Bookmaster at WGO. She has a beautiful face with unique eyebrows. In addition, she also inherited the ability of the god's tongue which made her so tormented.
Even though the god's tongue was a gift, that ability became a curse for Mana to the point where she could no longer taste the deliciousness of food. Because of that, she was looking for a great chef who could make delicious dishes that she had never tasted before.
4. Azami Nakiri
Azami Nakamura is Erina's father and Joichiro and Gin's best friend in the past. He had seized the position of director of Totsuki Academy from Senzaemon's hands. He also founded a new organization called Central which curbed the creativity of academy students.
Azami formed Central because he wanted to make a revolution in the culinary world. He no longer wanted to see chefs go astray like Joichiro in the past. Nonetheless, his plan was thwarted by Souma and his friends.
5. Leonora Nakiri
Leonora Nakiri is the wife of Sōe and the mother of the very beautiful Alice. She serves as the Head of the Research Division at Nakiri International. She was invited as a judge in Autumn Election.
Leonora's Japanese skills are terrible. However, she could speak Japanese fluently for a while when she tasted such delicious food. That's what makes her look funny.
6. Erina Nakiri
Next, there is a beautiful chef named Erina Nakiri who plays an important role in Shokugeki no Souma. She inherited the ability of the divine tongue from her mother. With that ability, she is able to taste the food at the highest level.
As a chef, Erina is also able to serve luxurious food with delicious taste. She is also always in competition with Souma. Thanks to her rivalry with Souma, she is able to grow to be more powerful.
7. Alice Nakiri
Erina has a very beautiful cousin named Alice Nakiri. She has a humble nature that makes it easy for her to get along with other people. Despite this, she likes to act selfishly and get other people like Ryo and Hayama into trouble.
In terms of ability, Alice has extensive knowledge of molecular gastronomy. She used to cook using sophisticated tools. When she cooks, she looks like a scientist working in a laboratory.
8. Asahi Nakiri
Asahi Saiba is initially introduced as the leader of an underground chef group called Noir. Unexpectedly, he turns out to be Azami's daughter from an affair with another woman.
Asahi has a special ability called Cross Knives. He can use a knife or other chef's cooking tools while mastering the chef's cooking skills. He was able to create delicious dishes that were in a different dimension compared to ordinary chefs.
