Physical Abilities
Not long after joining the navy, Koby was trained intensely by Garp. He also went through a variety of very hard physical training for days. The training made him even stronger.
Koby also uses a fighting style that is very similar to Garp. He only relies on fists or bare hands in battle. Nonetheless, the strength of his fists is not to be underestimated.
Koby also secretly uses Garp's unique and anti-mainstream training method, namely using a navy ship as a punching bag. The training makes his fist power more lethal.
Rokushiki
Rokushiki is an interesting martial art style commonly used by CP9 members in battle. The martial art consists of six main techniques, namely Shigan, Soru, Geppou, Tekkai, Rankyaku, and Kami-e.
Koby is shown to master a technique called Soru. The technique allowed him to move at high speed in no time. This technique was first demonstrated by Koby when he visited Water 7 to meet Luffy.
Kenbunshoku Haki & Busoshoku Haki
Koby first awakened Kenbunshoku Haki during the great war at Marineford. He was able to hear people's desperate screams as well as feel the pain they were suffering.
After a two year time skip, Koby seems able to master Haki skillfully. This was proven when he became a bodyguard for the royal families of Dressrosa and Prodence on the way to Levely.
At that moment, Koby was able to sense the torpedo aiming at the royal family ship, even though the torpedo was moving underwater and unnoticed by the people. Koby's swift action saves them from danger.
Apart from mastering Kenbunshoku Haki, Koby is also capable of using Busoshoku Haki in battle. He clearly demonstrated this ability during the battle on Hachinosu Island against the Blackbeard Pirates, specifically Avalo Pizarro.
Honesty Impact
Honesty Impact is Koby's signature technique which was shown when he fought against Avalo Pizzaro on Hachinosu Island. This technique can be considered as proof of the results of the consistency and hard work that has been undertaken by Koby.
When using the technique, Koby coats his fist with Busoshoku Haki and then he hits the target with all his might. Koby's punch is capable of producing a shockwave effect and is proven capable of destroying Avalo Pizarro's giant hand and causing him pain.
