Dorohedoro is an interesting anime made by studio MAPPA which is adapted from the manga by Q Hayashida. It tells the story of the adventures of a human with a reptile head named Caiman.
Caiman works together with his friend Nikaido. They both search for the sorcerer who has changed Caiman's head into a reptile. The two of them often get involved in dangerous conflicts and fight strong enemies, especially members of the En family.

10. Risu
Risu is a sorcerer who is said to have been killed by an unknown person. He has a strong connection to Caiman's past. In addition, he is the one who resides in Caiman's mouth.
However, Risu was later resurrected by En by utilizing the power of Kakurage. After that, he began to search for the truth behind the death of his friend Aikawa.
9. Kasukabe
Professor Kasukabe is a researcher who has studied sorcerers for many years. Even though he looks like a teenager, he is actually in his 60s. This appearance is the effect of someone's magic.
Kasukabe has a friendly nature and has a good relationship with Caiman and Nikaido. He also often helps them, such as lending them an artificial door that leads to the world of sorcerers.
8. Jonson
Jonson is one of the strangest characters in Dorohedoro. He is a giant cockroach who lives in Hole's sewers. His body underwent a mutation due to the remains of the witch's smoke which polluted the water flow in the Hole.
Jonson initially works with a mysterious man who hunts down the victims of witches. However, Professor Kasukabe later takes him as a colleague. He managed to control Jonson through a special frequency.
7. Fujita
Next, there is a member of the En family named Fujita. Unlike Noi or Shin, he has a low rank. Apart from that, his fighting ability is also considered mediocre, aka weak.
Even so, Fujita always tried to carry out En's missions or orders as best he could. He also has high loyalty towards his friends. When his friend was killed by Caiman, he came to hate Caiman.
6. Ebisu
Ebisu is a young sorcerer who usually wears a skull mask. She has a somewhat ridiculous personality. Apart from that, she seems to have a very close relationship with Fujita.
Ebisu's silliness started from Caiman's bite which destroyed her face, causing trauma and damage to her brain. She was indeed successfully cured by Noi. However, the impact of the incident made her like to do silly things.

The next interesting character is En. He is known as the much feared mushroom sorcerer. He is capable of producing large amounts of smoke capable of turning an object or person into mold in the blink of an eye.
En leads a family and a large business network in the wizarding world. Even though he seems evil, he really cares about the safety of his subordinates. He is also able to treat them in a good way.
4. Shin
Shin is one of En's strongest subordinates. He usually wears a heart-shaped mask. He also has quite unique magic, namely that he can dismember the target's body without killing it.
Even though Shin is able to use magic, he prefers to fight by relying on physical strength and a weapon in the form of a hammer. He also didn't really like fighting weak enemies. He is more enthusiastic when faced with a strong and challenging enemy.

Nikaido is an important character in Dorohedoro. She was the first to find and save Caiman when Caiman was seriously injured. After that, the two of them had a good relationship.
Nikaido then helps Caiman who is trying to restore his lost memories. Initially, she looked like an ordinary girl. However, he turns out to be a sorcerer. She mastered a very rare magic, namely time magic.

In first position, there is Caiman who is the main protagonist in Dorohedoro. After being hit by a magic attack from someone, his head turns into a reptile and he has no memory at all.
Caiman also tries to restore his face and memories. He hunts down the witches who visit the Hole. He used to bite witches so he could get information from the mysterious entity in his mouth.
In everyday life, Caiman has a relaxed and silly nature. He really likes Nikaido's gyoza. Even so, he can turn aggressive when fighting against enemies. His specialty is using knives.
