1. Younger Toguro
Young Toguro is Genkai's former fellow student who fell on the wrong path. After his disciples were killed, he became a sadistic fighter and obsessed with power. He was also willing to transform himself into a yokai so that he would remain in his prime even though he was getting older.
Toguro is ambitious to find an opponent who is equal to himself. He feels that Yusuke is the right person to duel him. Because of this, he invited Yusuke and his friends to take part in the Dark Tournament.
Toguro has the ability to increase the strength of his muscles so that his body becomes stronger and has high endurance. He can also regulate his power output in battle, ranging from 0% to 100%.
2. Older Toguro
Older Toguro has a very arrogant nature and likes to look down on his enemies. He also shows a cruel side because he does not hesitate to finish off enemies who are already helpless in front of him.
