Servant x Service is a comedy anime that adapted from the manga by Karino Takatsu. The anime presents the funny daily life of a woman named Lucy who works as a civil servant in a government office.
Lucy has a very long name, namely Lucy Kimiko Akie Airi Shiori Rinne Yoshiho Chihoko Ayano Fumika Chitose Sanae ikiko Ichika Yukino Reine Eri … Yamigami. Her reason for becoming a civil servant was that she wanted revenge against the employee who had approved the name.
While working in a government office, Lucy met a colleague who was kind and had a silly side. She also has to work professionally in serving people who want to take care of documents.
10. Kanon Momoi
Kanon Momoi is Kenzo's daughter and Touko's best friend in high school. She has a cute face and a cheerful nature. She often visited the office where Lucy worked to meet her father.
When in front of Lucy and other employees, Kanon appears to interact normally with her father. However, everything changes when Touko is around. She tries to cover up the fact that her father is a talking rabbit doll.
9. Kaoru Hasebe
Next, there is Yutaka Hasebe's older sister named Kaoru. She has a good-looking appearance and seems soft in speaking. She is also very friendly and always welcomes Lucy with warmth.
As an older sibling, Kaoru is very kind and supportive of her younger sibling. When she finds out that Yutaka likes Lucy, she tries to bring the two of them closer. She was very happy when the two of them finally dated.
8. Jouji Tanaka
Jouji Tanaka is Mrs. Tanaka's grandson and Hasebe's childhood friend. He worked as a bank employee. In terms of personality, he is a very serious and responsible person.
Jouji considers Hasebe a rival he must defeat. They often competed in the past, but Jouji always lost to the genius Hasebe. Their competition was so fierce, Jouji even approached Lucy, who was Hasebe's target.
7. Touko Ichimiy

6. Taishi Ichimiya
Taishi Ichimiya is a supervisor who is responsible for supervising and guiding new employees like Lucy and her friends. He has a kind and friendly nature, but he is often insecure about himself.
Secretly, Taishi is dating Chihaya. They have been in a relationship for more than a year, but they haven't told Touko openly. Taishi had tried hard, but he was always nervous when he was in front of Touko.
5. Saya Miyoshi
Saya Miyoshi is one of Lucy's closest work friends. She has a gentle, polite and kind nature. However, she is often pessimistic and lacks confidence in her performance at the office.
Miyoshi often listened to Mrs. Tanaka's outpourings about problems in her family. Because of Mrs. Tanaka's insistence, she had a very awkward relationship with Jouji.
4. Kenzo Momoi
Kenzo Momoi is the manager of Lucy and her friends who has an eccentric appearance. He always interacts with his employees in the form of a cute pink rabbit doll.
Kenzo admits that he is shy so he is more comfortable interacting in that form. He also likes to act silly in front of his employees. He also likes to be curious about problems that occur in the office environment.
3. Megumi Chihaya
Megumi Chihaya is Lucy's senior who always keeps a straight face and likes to speak with sharp words. Even so, she is basically very kind and willing to help other people when they are in trouble.
Megumi has a hobby as a cosplayer. She is very good at making costumes, especially the magical girl character from the Magical Flowers series. In addition, she always tries to demand that Ichimiya clarify their relationship in front of Touko.
2. Yutaka Hasebe
Yutaka Hasebe is Lucy's co-worker who has a humorous nature and likes to relax. He likes to steal time to rest from his work. Even though he looks lazy, he is a reliable person.
Yutaka often teases Lucy and tries for her personal contact. Gradually, he begins to confess his feelings to Lucy. Even though he was rejected by Lucy, he still tried hard until Lucy became interested in him.

As the MC in the story, it is not surprising that Lucy (...) Yamagami is in first position. She is an innocent, kind and hardworking girl. However, she likes to be embarrassed by her strange name.
Lucy is very naive when it comes to romance because she is not used to talking to boys. At first she hated Hasebe's teasing attitude. However, she was then able to see a different side of Hasebe so she felt comfortable around Hasebe.
