7. Scanning
Scanning is one of Nine's most interesting Quirks. As the name suggests, this Quirk allows him to scan and measure a person's power level through special vision.
When facing Deku, Nine can see the percentage of One For All power Deku is using through Scanning. This Quirk is also very useful for gathering information that aids his search for restoration Quirks, such as Cell Activation.
