U.A High School is the top hero school in Japan. The school focuses on educating talented students who want to become Pro Heroes. However, the school also has departments outside the world of heroes.

1. Department of Heroes
Department of Heroes is divided into two classes, namely Class A and B. Those in this class have the main focus on learning about the ins and outs of the world of heroes, such as the use of Quirks, how to save, and other relevant things.
Compared to learning theory in class, they often practice directly in the field. They usually carry out simulations or combat training sessions that involve teamwork or individual strength.
Although their activities focus on learning to become heroes, they are also provided with other subjects, such as English.
2. Department of General Education
As the name suggests, the General Education Department focuses on the general learning process which includes Classes C, D, and E. The aim of the department is to support students who want to go to university or other similar destinations.
However, those in that class could be students who do not qualify to become heroes, such as Shinso. If a student has potential, he or she can be transferred to the Hero Department.
3. Department of Support
The Support Department includes Classes F, G, and H. The main focus of this department is creating sophisticated support tools that can improve the hero's performance in battle.
For this reason, the students in this department are generally genius and creative technicians or mechanics. One example is Mai Hatsume who often makes equipment for Deku.
4. Department of Management
The last department at U.A. High School is the Management Department. As the name suggests, this department focuses on the business world related to the world of heroes, such as managing hero agencies and promoting them to the public.
This department includes Classes I, J, and K. The students in these classes generally have a business mentality and are good at seeing opportunities. They can learn how to manage money and invest.
