10. Natsume Sendawara

1. Gin Dōjima
In my opinion, Gin Dōjima is the coolest and most iconic judge in Shokugeki no Souma. He usually appears serious and authoritative in various situations, but he can also become goofy and humorous when judging.
Gin was Joichiro's best friend when they were students at Totsuki Academy. They developed a very close relationship. As a chef, Gin is so skilled that he was entrusted with the position of head chef at Totsuki Inn.
