Les Cuisiners Noirs, also known as Noir, is an elite group of chefs who typically operate in the underworld. They typically cook for criminal organizations. Furthermore, they possess an unconventional and illogical cooking style.
The Noirs participate in the BLUE tournament against other talented chefs. However, they are not easily defeated, as their culinary skills are above average.

1. Asahi Saiba
Asahai Saiba is the leader of Noir and Souma's main opponent in the BLUE tournament. In the past, he was a student of Joichiro Yukihira. He is extremely arrogant and overconfident in his abilities.
Asahi has defeated many chefs and taken over their signature knives. He possesses a unique ability called Cross Knives. This ability allows him to use another chef's knives or cooking utensils while mastering their cooking skills.
Asahi's culinary skills are on a different level. He is able to cook dishes so delicious that he earned the recognition of Nakiri Erina. However, he was defeated by Souma in the semifinals.
2. Sarge
The next member of Noir is a woman named Sarge. She wears a unique military-style outfit. She has a rough personality and tends to underestimate her opponents. Furthermore, she is fiercely loyal to Asahi.
Sarge has a unique cooking ability called Armed Dish. She uses a unique chainsaw-shaped knife coated with seasoning. She also uses illogical tools such as explosives.
3. Don Calma
Don Calma is one of Asahi's strongest subordinates in Noir. He has a bartender-like appearance. Although his speech sounds smooth and polite, he appears to belittle other chefs and is prone to cheating.
Like other underground chefs, Don Calma also has a unique cooking style. He uses a shaker to prepare his ingredients. He also excels at making verrine.
4. Kou Shiō
Next, there's a Noir member named Kou Shiō who is also loyal to Asahi. He has a quiet personality and rarely speaks. He also wears a mask that covers his face.
In terms of cooking, Kou has mastered a family heirloom technique called Venomous Dish. He uses claws infused with five basic spices. Although he appears strong, he is easily defeated by Megumi.
5. Tommy Revolver
Tommy Revolver is a rather eccentric and delinquent member of Noir. Unlike previous Noir members, he and his friends operate independently and are not particularly loyal to Asahi.
Tommy has a cooking ability called Six Grills. He can cook multiple pieces of meat simultaneously using six pans. Interestingly, he can create the same texture with a consistent flavor.
6. Claude Ville
The next Noir member is a mysterious man named Claude Ville. He appears very serious and professional as a chef. Furthermore, he doesn't show off much in front of the BLUE tournament participants.
Claude is known for mastering a cooking style called Blood Dish. He uses a special machine that extracts blood from raw meat. He uses this blood to enhance the flavor of his dishes.
7. Malcanta
Malcanta is a very eccentric member of Noir, resembling a clown. He also has a rather arrogant nature and tends to look down on other chefs. Despite this, his cooking skills are superior to those of ordinary chefs.
Malcanta possesses a unique ability called Circus Dish. He can cook and perform a captivating stunt. He uses a pair of unique pans that can be combined into one and function like a circus ball.
8. Bunnyhair
The next member of Noir is an eccentric chef named Bunnyhair. True to her name, she wears an outfit that closely resembles a rabbit. Despite her cute appearance, she also has a haughty nature.
Bunnyhair is known for her Sadistic Dish ability. She prepares food in a sadistic manner using a miniature guillotine blade. She can cut meat so thinly that it's almost transparent.
9. Monarch
The final member of Noir is a man named Monarch. He once met Megumi at an inn. Despite his rough demeanor, he was won over by Megumi with gumbo.
According to Asahi, Monarch is known as a chef with a Luxurious Dish cooking style. He can create sumptuous and stunning dishes using extremely expensive ingredients.
