1. Kiva Form
This is the basic form of Kamen Rider Kiva that appears most frequently in the story. To transform into Kiva, Wataru must receive a bite from Kivat, which grants him his powers. Kiva is able to use various Fuestles to fight the Fangire.
Kiva has goggles called Omnilens that allow him to see in the dark. He also has a special chain on his right leg known as Hell's Gate. With it, Kiva can unleash a super kick called Darkness Moon Break.
This kick is so powerful that it leaves a bat-like crack. Furthermore, the daytime atmosphere will change to night when Kiva delivers his ultimate kick.
2. Garulu Form
Kamen Rider Kiva's second transformation is Garulu Form, accessed through the Garulu Fuestle. In this form, Kiva's Omnilens and left armor turn blue. When using this form, Kiva wields the Demon Beast-Sword Garulu Saber.
Garulu Form's power is essentially connected to the moon and reaches its peak during a full moon. Garulu Form is capable of emitting sound attacks and increases his speed. The main technique of this form is the Garulu Howling Slash sword slash.
3. Basshaa Form
Basshaa Form is Kamen Rider Kiva's third form, accessed through the Basshaa Fuestle. When using this form, Kiva's Omnilens and right armor turn green, and he is equipped with the Demon Sea Gun Basshaa Magnum.

4. Dogga Form

5. DoGaBaKi Form
As the name suggests, DoGaBaKi Form is a combined form of Dogga, Garulu, Bassha, and Kiva, combining their powers into one. Kiva can transform into this form by using all three Arm Monsters.
In this form, Kiva's left arm transforms into a Garulu Arm and his left arm into a Bassha Arm, while his body transforms into a Dogga Breast. Although DoGaBaKi Form can utilize all three Arms Monsters, this form is quite dangerous for Kiva, so he only maintains it for a short time.
6. Emperor Form
Emperor Form is the final form and true power of Kamen Rider Kiva, also known as Golden Kiva. This form was first achieved by Wataru when he was overcome with rage after seeing his girlfriend, Mio, injured.
Unintentionally, Wataru's anger summoned the Demon Imperial Dragon Tatsulot, who was able to awaken this form. In this form, Kiva can use the Imperial Slot to perform a finishing attack capable of destroying both the body and soul of a Fangire in battle.
7. DoGaBaKi Emperor Form
DoGaBaKi Emperor Form appears exclusively in Kamen Rider Kiva: You Can Also be Kiva. To transform into this form, Kiva must activate his Emperor Form power while in DoGaBaKi Form.

8. Flight Style
