7. Jura Neekis
This wizard from the Lamia Scale guild is a member of the 10 Wizard Saints of Ishgar. Compared to the other wizard saints, Jura is considered a junior. Despite this, he is a very powerful wizard.
Jura is known as Iron Rock because he is able to use earth magic to great effect. With this magic, Jura can transform the texture of ordinary soil into extremely hard soil. 6. Makarov Dreyar

Like Warrod, Wolfheim is also a Wizard Saint and a member of the Four Gods of Ishgar. However, Wolfheim is stronger than Warrod. He is also quite old and has a short temper. He once fought God Serena alongside the Wizard Saints to protect Ishgar.
Wolfheim possesses a beast transformation magic called Ultimate Destruction Incarnate. With this magic, Wolfheim can transform into a terrifying, fanged beast. This form also enhances his physical abilities and stamina in combat.
3. Draculos Hyberion
This Wizard Saint is the second strongest of the four wizards considered the Gods of Ishgar. He always appears serious and carries out his duty with full responsibility to protect Ishgar from enemy threats.
Hyberion possesses unique and powerful vampiric magic. He can paralyze his opponent simply by pointing his finger at the target. Once paralyzed, he can subdue them under his magic's influence.
2. Siegrain/Jellal Fernandez
Before his identity was revealed, Jellal disguised himself as Siegrain and briefly joined the Ten Wizard Saints. He is a very powerful and cunning character. Jellal was able to force the Magic Council to fire Etherion into the R-System for his own personal gain.
Although initially an enemy, Jellal eventually reformed and became a formidable ally. He possesses the powerful Heavenly Body magic.
