God Enel is the main enemy that Luffy must face during the Skypiea arc. He has the power of a Logia-type devil fruit Goro Goro no Mi which allows him to control the lightning at will.

10. El Thor
El Thor is one of the most used techniques by Enel. He used to use this technique to punish anyone who broke the rules, especially foreigners or residents of Skypiea.
Normally, El Thor takes the form of a deadly bolt of lightning that emanates from above the sky. However, Enel can spawn El Thor's attacks horizontally to attack enemies in battle.
9. Sango
Unlike the previous technique, Sango is a lightning technique with a greater range. When casting this technique, Enel will point his hand upwards until he creates a high-voltage electric current.
The lightning strike will destroy anything on it. This technique was shown by Enel when he destroyed the rubble at the top of the Upper Yard in a short time.
8. 20,000,000 Volts
In fighting, Enel has a special technique called Vari which serves to give a lightning shock attack to the opponent. It can emit lightning with varying voltages up to millions of volts.
20,000,000 Volt is a version of the Vari technique that can kill an opponent instantly. Enel first used this technique to take down Gan Fall who wanted to stop the battle in Skypiea.
7. Kitten
Enel's next strongest technique is Kiten. To use this technique, Enel will beat one of the drums on his back to create a wolf-shaped lightning bolt that shoots quickly towards the target.
Enel first shows this lightning technique to attack Zoro. Although the amount of lightning voltage is not explained, this technique proves to be so powerful that it is capable of immobilizing Zoro.
6. 30,000,000 Volt Hino
The workings of Hino's 30,000,000 Volt technique are almost similar to Kiten's attacks. Enel will beat one of the drums on his back until he produces a bird-shaped lightning that has a voltage of 30 million volts.
Then, Enel will direct the lightning bird towards his enemy. With such a high voltage, it seemed almost impossible to survive the attack. Fighters as strong as Wiper even collapsed after being hit by this attack.
5. 60,000,000 Volt Jamboule
Unlike the two previous techniques, Enel needs to beat the two drums on his back to produce a 60,000,000 Volt Jamboule attack. In addition, this technique is very interesting because it takes the form of a lightning dragon.
The lightning dragon will attack the target according to Enel's wishes. Normally, the attack would have been able to kill the opponent instantly. However, this attack does not apply to Luffy who has the power of rubber.
4. Mamaragan

3. 100,000,000 Volts
100,000,000 Volts is one of the strongest variations of the Vari technique. The way this technique works is very simple because Enel only needs to electrocute the target. However, the effect was extremely lethal because this lightning technique had a voltage of 100 million volts.
This technique was shown by Enel to attack Luffy who is immune to his lightning. Although this technique is unable to injure Luffy, it can be categorized as one of Enel's strongest techniques.
2. Raigo
Raigo might be more accurately called a mass destruction technique because its destructive power is so terrible that it reaches a large area. When using this technique, Enel will form Deathpiea's lightning cloud into a giant high-voltage ball.

200,000,000 Volt Amaru might be considered the strongest lightning technique possessed by Enel. When activating this technique, Enel will turn his body into pure lightning with a high voltage up to 200,000,000-V.
This technique makes Enel transform into a new form that is similar to Raijin aka the god of thunder. This technique makes Enel transform into a new form that is similar to God of Thunder Raijin. In this form, Enel is able to issue lightning attacks easily towards the opponent. Despite this, this technique was successfully broken by Luffy's attack.
