10. Katon: Bakufu Ranbu
Katon: Bakufu Ranbu is a special fire jutsu belonging to Obito. When using this technique, he will spit out a very powerful spiral-shaped vortex of fire. In addition, Obito can combine these jutsu with Kamui.
The fire vortex created by Obito is able to lock the target's movement. Once trapped in the vortex of fire, the opponent will be burned and difficult to escape. Because of that, this jutsu is quite difficult to resist.
