10. Poco

5. Bruford
Even though Bruford is Dio's underling, he is a very interesting character. In the 16th century, he was known as a tough knight who served the noble named Mary Stuart. He died in a tragic way at the end of his life.

4. Robert E.O. Speedwagon
Before becoming Jonathan's partner, Speedwagon was just a delinquent who liked to commit crimes. However, he begins to respect Jonathan after he sees Jonathan's charismatic aura and greatness.

Will Anthonio Zeppeli is one of the most important characters in Phantom Blood. He was very instrumental in helping Jonathan to master Hamon. Without his help, Jonathan would not be able to defeat Dio.
Zeppeli has a tragic past because of a stone mask. He also tried to destroy the stone mask for the good of the people. In order to achieve that goal, he continued to train and travel to various places.
2. Dio Brando
Dio Brando is arguably the most iconic enemy in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure story. He has a very evil and ambitious nature. Moreover, he is so charismatic that he has many loyal followers towards him.
After using the stone mask, Dio then turned into a very powerful vampire. He is able to resurrect the invincible zombies. On top of that, he is obsessed with destroying Jonathan and taking the world under his power.

As the main protagonist of the story, Jonathan Joestar is a very interesting character. At first, he was weak and had a cowardly side. His attitude gradually changed after he met Dio.
