Divine Visionary is a title for selected students who have amazing talents and talents. If someone succeeded in obtaining the title of Divine Visionary, they would become a very influential person in the Magic Bureau.

1. Agito Tyrone
The first Divine Visionary was Agito Tyrone. He joins the Magical Creature Administration subdivision of the Magic Bureau. He is usually seen as quiet, but he also shows a sadistic side.
In terms of ability, Agito mastered magic called Dragons. He is able to control and transform his small pet dragon into a large one. He also has a more specific magic technique called Dragons Trident.
2. Kaido Gehenna
Kaido Gehenna is a Divine Visionary who serves as the head of the Magic Talent Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. He has a cunning and violent nature. In addition, he likes to challenge other people to play with him.
Kaido masters magic related to fire. In addition, he also armed himself with a black sword that had been equipped with spells. The sword was capable of emitting attacks of black flames that could burn anything to pieces.
3. Orter Mádl
At the Bureau of Magic, Orter Mádl joins the Magical Power Administration subdivision. He has a haughty streak and places great value on the status quo. Because of that, he would fight to maintain that status.
Orter has a magic ability named Sands. This ability allows him to create and manipulate sand at will. The sand is very dense and can cut things as hard as steel.
4. Rayne Ames
The next Divine Visionary is Finn's older broteher, Rayne Ames. He is usually serious, cold, and rarely shows his emotions. Despite that, he still has concern for others.
Rayne mastered a unique magic called Partisan. With that magic, he is able to summon multiple swords at once to attack the enemy. The sword attack was extremely fast and had a great destructive effect.
5. Renatus Revolution
Next, there is an interesting mage named Renatus Revol. He is a member of the Magical Cemetery Administration, subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. He has a noisy nature and likes to complain about things around him.
Even so, Renatus has a unique magic called Undeath. He is able to summon and control the body parts of giant undead. In addition, he can also use illusions in battle.
6. Ryoh Grantz
The next Divine Visionary is Ryoh Grantz who becomes the captain of the Magic Security Forces. Unlike people, he doesn't really mind the existence of people who don't have magic as long as the person can impress him.
Ryoh also uses an interesting magic called Lights. He is able to create and manipulate light to fight. The light that Ryoh creates is capable of cutting through buildings, giants, even darkness.
7. Sophina Biblia
Sophina Biblia joins the Forbidden Magical Texts Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. She has a calm and polite nature. In addition, she really hates vulgarity.
Sophina is also always seen carrying a very thick book. Through the book, she is able to use magic spells that can manipulate the words and actions of her target.
8. Tsurara Halestone
The last Divine Visionary is Tsurara Halestone. She is a member of the Magic Research Administration at the Bureau of Magic. She has a lazy nature and likes to be cold. Other than that, she is rarely in the spotlight.
In terms of ability, Tsurara has magic related to ice. She is able to freeze her targets instantly. Her magic proves to be strong enough to freeze a group of Centaurs.
