1. Transient
Transient is Kamen Rider Ghost's pre-form. Transient functions as a transition, enabling Kamen Rider Ghost to transform from one form to another by utilizing the power of the Eyecon.
Like other pre-forms, Transient is very weak and unsuitable for use in combat. Interestingly, each of Kamen Rider Ghost's main forms (Ore Damashii, Toucon Boost Damashii, and Mugen Damashii) has its own Transient with its own characteristics.
2. Ore Damashii
Ore Damashii is the orange-colored primary form of Kamen Rider Ghost. This form is accessed by Ghost using the Ore Ghost Eyecon. Takeru first gained this power after dying and transforming into a ghost.
In this form, Ghost wields an interesting weapon called the Gan Gun Saber. He can also use several finishing techniques, particularly the Omega Drive technique, a powerful kick imbued with spiritual energy.
3. Musashi Damashii
The next form of Kamen Rider Ghost is Musashi Damashii, inspired by the legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi. To transform into this form, Ghost must use the Musashi Ghost Eyecon.

11. Ryoma Damashii
Ryoma Damashii is a Kamen Rider Ghost form inspired by the legendary samurai of the Tokugawa Shogunate era, Sakamoto Ryoma. To transform into this form, Ghost must equip the Ryoma Ghost Eyecon.
Like Musashi Damashii, this Ghost form excels in swordplay. Ryoma Damashii is capable of delivering powerful slashes and unleashing a deadly finisher called Mega Omega Flash using the Sunglasseslasher.
12. Himiko Damashii
Himiko Damashii is a very cute pink Kamen Rider Ghost form. This form is inspired by Himiko, known as the shaman queen in ancient Japanese folklore. This form is accessed by using the Himiko Ghost Eyecon.
When using this form, Ghost possesses fascinating magic-based abilities. Himiko Damashi has an interesting finisher that creates a pink tornado that can sweep up enemies and then slash them with the Sunglasseslasher.
13. Toucon Boost Damashii
Toucon Boost Damashii is the evolved form of Ore Damashii. This form can be accessed by Ghost after obtaining the Toucon Boost Ghost Eyecon. In this form, Ghost has a red design with a flame-like motif.
Toucon Boost Damashii increases Ghost's power in battle and can be combined with other Eyecons, such as Musashi and Benkei. Ghost is capable of unleashing a variety of terrifying attack techniques. One of these is a powerful kick called the Boost Omega Drive, which is enveloped in red flames.
14. Grateful Damashii
Grateful Damashii is Kamen Rider Ghost's super form, accessed through the Eyecon Driver G. Essentially, the Eyecon Driver G was created to connect the Gamma Emperor with the power of the Gammaizer.
In this form, Ghost has the special ability to summon 15 Parka Ghosts and their weapons, drastically increasing his fighting power. Grateful Damashii possesses various finishing techniques that combine the power of all fifteen Heroic Eyecons, making its attack power extremely deadly.
15. Mugen Damashii
Mugen Damashii is the final form of Kamen Rider Ghost, achieved by Takeru after obtaining the Mugen Ghost Eyecon. This Eyecon is very special because it was created from the combined feelings of his friends.
When using this form, Ghost gains increased power from his friends' emotions, allowing him to unleash a variety of emotional attacks. His ultimate finishing technique, Mugen Damashii, is a powerful kick called the God Omega Drive (Muden), which is enveloped in rainbow-colored energy.
