For fans of Shokugeki no Souma, you're likely familiar with an organization called the World Gourmet Organization, or WGO. They are highly respected and feared by chefs and culinary professionals.

WGO publishes a book annually, compiling dishes from renowned restaurants around the world. Their assessments can influence the restaurant's reputation.

WGO members are known as bookmen. They possess extensive culinary knowledge and are able to provide accurate assessments of dishes. For this reason, they are often appointed as judges in cooking competitions.

1. Mana Nakiri

Mana Nakiri is Erina's biological mother and serves as BookMaster at the WGO. Like Erina, she also possesses a God's Tongue, allowing her to perceive food on a different level than ordinary people.

However, this ability became a curse for Mana, preventing her from enjoying the deliciousness of food. Therefore, she sought out the best chef capable of creating the most delicious dishes ever created through the BLUE tournament.

2. Anne

The next WGO member is a first-class bookman named Anne. She first appeared as a judge in  Regiment de Cuisine competition alongside Histoire and Charme. Although a bit childish, she maintained a professional demeanor.

Anne possessed a strong memory, allowing her to memorize various information written in the WGO encyclopedia. She also bravely maintained her integrity as a judge despite being under pressure from Central.

3. Decora

Like Anne, Decora is a first-class bookman who was first introduced in the Regiment de Cuisine competition. She and Courage were specifically requested by Azami to serve as judges, replacing the former judges.

They both taught young Anne in the past, leading to her becoming a professional bookman. Although Decora appeared to side with Azami, she still objectively judged the contestants' dishes based on their true flavors.

4. Courage

Courage is also a first-class bookman who appeared alongside Decora in the Regiment de Cuisine. However, she did not serve as a judge because Anne refused to relinquish her position as judge in the competition.

Courage has a flirtatious nature, as she flirted with Azami with her sweet words. While Decora is synonymous with black, Courage wears white, which complements her beautiful face.

5. Histoire

The next WGO member is a second-class bookman named Histoire. He first appeared as a judge in the Regiment de Cuisine competition alongside Anne and Charme. He also returned as a judge in the BLUE tournament.

When judging the participants' dishes, Histoire strives to express his views as objectively as possible. He always speaks calmly and politely, which is what makes him an elegant judge.

6. Charme

Like Histoire, Charme is also a second-class bookman. He served as a judge in the Regiment de Cuisine competition, although his role was later replaced by Decora and Courage.

Despite this fact, Charme's abilities as a judge are not to be underestimated. He possesses extensive knowledge of the culinary world, allowing hi. to provide relevant comments and assessments.

7. Lanterby

The next WGO member is a second-class bookman named Lanterby. She has a beautiful and cute face. Unfortunately, she tends to use harsh words and belittle contestants like Souma.

Furthermore, Lanterby is also less than objective in judging other people's dishes. This was evident when she commented on Souma's cooking in the second round of the BLUE tournament. Although Souma's cooking was delicious, she was reluctant to admit it openly.

8. Tranchant

Tranchant is a bookman appointed as one of the judges in the BLUE tournament. He is middle-aged man who wears a black suit. He appears very serious about judging other people's dishes.

Tranchant, along with Maturite and Essor, served as judges in the match between Souma and Sarge. He also oversaw the team match between Takumi and Don Calma.

9. Maturite

Like Tranchant, Maturite first appeared as a judge in the BLUE tournament. She is an elderly woman dressed in a nun-like habit.

Maturite is a highly experienced judge with extensive knowledge of the culinary world. During the BLUE tournament, she served as judge in several matches, such as the duels between Souma and Sarge and Tsukasa and Asahi.

10. Dynamis

Dynamis is Histoire's younger sister and also serves as a judge in the BLUE tournament. She sat in the judges' chair alongside Lanterby and her brother in the match between Takumi and Don Calma.

Although not widely highlighted, Dynamis is described as having a strong sibling relationship with Histoire. This was revealed by Histoire directly in front of the Aldini siblings.

11. Essor

In closing, there's a young and highly dedicated WGO member named Essor. She was also trusted to serve as a judge in the BLUE tournament. Like her colleagues, she possesses extensive culinary knowledge.
