10. Dr. Rota
Dr. Rota is arguably the weakest fighter on the Universe 6 team. He does talk a lot, but he's unable to prove it because he was eliminated so easily.
Dr. Rota was defeated badly after being hit by Vegeta's deadly Galick Gun. Although information about his powers is minimal, it's possible that Dr. Rota's abilities are related to his medical skills.
9. Magetta
Magetta is from a race called Metalman. This is in line with his anatomy, which resembles a metal robot. He once faced Vegeta.
