10. Kirio Hikifune
Kirio Hikifune is an interesting member of Division 0. Even though she looks fat, she basically has a pretty face. Moreover, she is known as the creator of artificial souls in Soul Society.
Like other members of Division 0, Kirio is very tough in battle. Through the Shunpo technique, she can move quickly in a short amount of time. He showed that when she fought against Lille Barro.
9. Shunsui Kyōraku
Although Shunsui Kyōraku appears lazy and unconvincing, he is a formidable Shinigami and can be relied upon in battle. For this reason, he was entrusted with replacing Yamamoto's position as captain of Division 1 in the Gotei 13.

Sui-Fēng used to combine Shunpo techniques with Suzumebachi attacks. She was able to keep up with Yoruichi's movements. In addition, she developed an interesting technique called Speed Clones.
2. Tenjiro Kirinji
Tenjirō Kirinji is one of the strongest members of Division 0. He is known as the creator of hot springs that have healing effects. Because of that, he holds a great contribution in Soul Society.
Additionally, Tenjirō Kirinji is one of the fastest Shunpo users in Soul Society. In the past, Kirinji was nicknamed Raijin no Tenjirō. He is shown to be able to surpass Sui-Fēng's speed with ease.
1. Yoruichi Shihōin
While still active in the Gotei 13, Yourichi Shihōin served as the captain of the 2nd Division as well as the commander of the Onmitsukidō. She is known as the fastest user of Shunpo, earning her the nickname Flash Goddess.
A testament to Yoruichi's prowess is that she can be seen in several places at one time. In addition, she was able to defeat an army of Onmitsukidō in seconds. She also has a special technique called Utsusemi.
