1. Swartz
Swartz is the leader of the Time Jackers, obsessed with taking Ohma Zi-O's throne and controlling time. He turns out to be the older brother of Alpina, also known as Tsukuyomi. They both come from an alternate timeline that is on the verge of destruction.
Swartz has a very cold and calculating nature. He is also very arrogant and shows no empathy for others. He is willing to sacrifice anything to achieve his ambition.
Unlike other Time Jackers, Swartz has the natural ability to travel through time without the aid of any machines or devices. He also exhibits other abilities, such as telekinesis and erasing memories.
Near the climax of the story, Swartz successfully transforms into Another Decade and gains overpowered powers. He is able to control the dark Riders and summon the final boss that Kamen Rider once fought.
2. Heure
The next member of the Time Jackers is Heure. She is very young and often acts childish. However, she can show a harsh side and takes pleasure in seeing others suffer.
Heure often causes trouble for Sougo and his friends due to her actions in creating Another Riders. She even became Another Kikai due to Swartz's actions. Ultimately, she meets a tragic fate when she is killed by Ora, whom she trusted so much.
3. Ora
Next, there's Ora, a cute girl but with a sinister side. She has a persuasive approach in creating Another Riders. However, she is also adept at manipulating others with her actions.
In addition to stopping time, Ora possesses impressive psychic powers. She can fire shots and use energy swords. Her tragic end comes after she is killed by a deadly attack from Swartz.
4. Tid
Tid is a Time Jacker who is the main villain in the Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever story. He shares Swartz's obsession with becoming world ruler. He is also very cruel and heartless.
One of Tid's powers is his ability to control other people's minds at will. He even transformed into the giant Another Kuuga. In this form, he becomes even more difficult to defeat.
5. Finis
The fifth Time Jacker is a beautiful girl named Finis. She plays the main villain in Kamen Rider: Reiwa The First Generation. Unlike Swartz and Tid, she has the ambition to erase the history of Kamen Riders.
Finis believes that Kamen Riders are villains who must be destroyed. She is able to fight in the form of Another 1. Her power increases when she evolves into Another New 1.
