Kamen Rider Faiz
This form is the primary form of Kamen Rider Faiz, activated through the Faiz Driver. In this form, Takumi uses a variety of advanced weapons, such as the SB-555C Faiz Shot, SB-555L Faiz Pointer, and SB-555H Faiz Edge.
Like other Kamen Riders, Faiz possesses a distinctive Rider Kick technique called Crimson Smash. This kick is particularly striking because it is enveloped in red energy.
Axel Form
Axel Form is the second form that Takumi can access for a very short time. To activate this form, Faiz requires a special device called the SB-555W Faiz Axel, which resembles a stopwatch.
In this form, Faiz can move at speeds comparable to the speed of sound. He can also unleash various Exceed Charges in rapid succession. However, Faiz can only use this form for 10 seconds.
Blaster Form
Blaster Form is the strongest final form that Kamen Rider Faiz accesses after obtaining a special device called the SB-555T Faiz Blaster. In addition to transforming, the device can function as a sword or blaster.
In this form, the Photon Blood flowing within Kamen Rider Faiz increases significantly, making Kamen Rider Faiz's attack power both powerful and destructive. When unleashing his Blaster Crimson Smash attack, Faiz can devastate the surrounding area.
Wolf Orphnoch

Kamen Rider Next Faiz is Takumi's new transformation form, utilizing advanced AI technology developed by the Smart Brain company. This form appears in Kamen Rider 555: Murder Case and Kamen Rider 555 20th: Paradise Regained.
By using the Faiz Phone 20 Plus, Kamen Rider Next Faiz can access his weapons more easily in battle. He can also unleash attacks with more devastating impact.
Next Faiz Axel Form
Uniquely, Kamen Rider Next Faiz can also access Axel Form by activating the feature on the Faiz Phone 20 Plus.
Axel Form increases his speed to a higher level. When it's activated and starts the timer, he can summons a grid line area as his speed goes up, to the point of light speed for 9 seconds. After the timer reaches zero, his armor returns to normal.
He can also unleash an powerful attack called Next Axel Crimson Smash to destroy his enemies.
