The Fairly Odd Parents is one of iconic Nickelodeon cartoon series. Created by Buth Hartman, the series tells the story of the daily life of a boy named Timmy Turner, who is often abandoned by his biological parents.
However, Timmy's life takes a more colorful turn when two fairy godparents suddenly appear in his life. They always help Timmy everytime he has a problem.

1. Timmy Turner
For those of you who used to watch this cartoon, you're probably familiar with Timmy Turner, the main character. He is portrayed as a child who is difficult for anyone to understand.
His parents are very busy, so Timmy rarely gets any attention. Instead, he is raised by an evil babysitter named Vicky. Fortunately, one day, two fairies come to Timmy to comfort him.
These two fairies take care of Timmy and help him when he's in trouble. With the arrival of these two fairies, who become his second parents, Timmy experiences all sorts of exciting adventures.
2. Cosmo
Cosmo is one of the fairies who acts as Timmy's parents. Along with Wanda, he watches over Timmy and grants his wishes.
However, Cosmo has a somewhat dim-witted demeanor and often gives Timmy the wrong advice when he makes a wish.
3. Wanda
Besides Cosmo, Wanda is Timmy's fairy parent. Unlike Cosmo, Wanda plays the most important role in this cartoon.
Besides watching over Timmy, Wanda also sometimes keeps an eye on Cosmo to prevent them from doing stupid things. Wanda is also more responsible and always refuses when Timmy asks her for silly things.
4. Vicky the Babysitter
Well, I find this character very annoying. Vicky is the babysitter assigned to care for Timmy. Unfortunately, she often abuses her job.
In front of Timmy's parents, Vicky is always kind and friendly, but when his parents are away, she is always abusive towards Timmy. She always forces Timmy to do household chores while she relaxes, hehe.
5. Poof
Poof is Cosmo and Wanda's biological child, born after Timmy begged them to have a baby. Some time after Timmy's request, Poof was born.
Like most fairies, Poof also has magical abilities, but he can't control them well yet. Understandably, he's still small, hehe.
6. Sparky
Sparky is a mischievous fairy dog. He was adopted by Timmy because Timmy realized that everyone living in Dimmsdale had pets except him.
Sparky can also use magic like the other fairies. He is also very hyperactive and loves Timmy as his owner.
7. Chloe Carmichael
Chloe Carmichael is Timmy's new neighbor. This character is quite special because Timmy often asks Cosmo and Wanda to help Chloe.
Unlike the mischievous Timmy, Chloe has extraordinary talents and a kind attitude. She always loves helping others and helping them stay productive.
8. Mr. Turner
This character is Timmy's biological father. Mr. Turner's real name is unknown in this story.
He is always referred to as Timmy's father or simply father throughout the story. He works at a pencil factory and is always busy.
9. Mrs. Turner
Mrs. Turner is Timmy's biological mother and Mr. Turner's wife. This character often neglects Timmy and rarely spends much time with her son.
Instead, she entrusts Timmy to the care of an evil babysitter named Vicky. This way, Mrs. Turner can do other daily activities. Funnily enough, Mrs. Turner doesn't know Vicky's true nature and simply believes her lies, hehe.
10. Mr. Crocker
This character, whose full name is Denzel Quincy Crocker, is Timmy's fifth-grade teacher who is obsessed with the existence of fairy godparents.
He always suspected that Timmy had fairy godparents, but he always failed to find a way to prove it to his coworkers. As a result, Mr. Crocker was often considered crazy by his friends.
11. Jorgen Von Strangle
This character often proclaims himself to be the most powerful fairy who rules Da Rules. Whenever Timmy messes up, he and his two fairies usually suffer Jorgen's wrath when he tries to stop them, usually in the form of an explosion.
Although he is often frustrated and dislikes Cosmo and Wanda, he has admitted that the three of them used to be close friends.
12. Chester McBadbat
Chester is one of the kids at Timmy's school and one of Timmy's best friends. He is the son of a disgraced baseball player.
He lives with his father in a trailer park. He and his family are very poor. He is often shown eating trash or food that has fallen on the ground. Despite this, he doesn't care what others think and loves himself for who he is.
13. A.J.
A.J. is the genius character at school. He passed almost every test given by Mr. Crocker. He is also Timmy's best friend.
Unlike Chester, A.J. comes from a wealthy family, but he is very bad at socializing. This makes him unpopular at school, like his two friends. Uniquely, A.J. secretly hides a private lab in his bedroom.
14. Trixie Tang
Trixie Tang is the most beautiful and popular girl at Timmy's school. This makes Timmy want to win her heart.
However, Trixie cares too much about her popular image to give Timmy a chance. Although the two fairies help him, Timmy's actions often end in failure.
15. Tootie
Tootie is Vicky's younger sister who is very obsessed with Timmy. Unfortunately, Timmy doesn't like Tootie's excessive attention, which makes him distance himself from her.
However, Timmy actually sympathizes with Tootie when he learns that she also suffers from Vicky's bad attitude.
16. The Crimson Chin
The Crimson Chin is a hero from a comic book series compiled by Timmy Turner. He can fly and possesses various superpowers.
This superhero lives in the city of Chincinchati and protects the fictional world of his comics from attacks by evil enemies. He also often utters strange phrases when about to attack an enemy in battle.
17. Francis
This character is Timmy's arch-nemesis, whom he must face on a daily basis. Francis is a bully who looks like a thug.
He is twelve years old and old enough to be in the same class as Timmy. Furthermore, he is extremely stupid and very unfriendly.
18. Mark Chang
Mark Chang is an alien prince from the planet Yugopotamia. Mark and his minions hate things humans love. Because of this, he considers trash delicious, candy poisonous, and the evil Vicky his love interest.
Mark's parents originally wanted him to marry the beautiful Princess Mandie, but Mark found her ugly. As a result, he fled Yugopotamia and lived on Earth for a while.
19. Doug Dimmadome
Doug Dimmadome is a Texas businessman and owner of Dimmsdale. He always looks dapper in a white suit and his signature cowboy hat.
Every time he appears, he always introduces himself and everything he owns. Interestingly, he himself doesn't know whether he's an antagonist or a protagonist in this cartoon because he's both supported and hindered Timmy.
20. Catman
Catman is a superhero created by Adam West. In most cases, he appears more like an incompetent villain because his heroic actions often end in chaos.
He's often seen traveling with Timmy and sometimes asks Timmy and his fairy parents to defend him in court when he's in trouble. Interestingly, while he hoped to become a hero in the Chin-universe, Catman instead temporarily becomes a greater hero than Crimson Chin.
21. Dark Laser
Dark Laser was originally a toy. He came to life thanks to the magic of Timmy's copier machine, entrusted to him by Wanda and Cosmos.
Timmy, mischievously misusing the magic, accidentally transformed the toy into an adult, and the toy came to life. Dark Laser then used the magic to create an army and terrorize Dimmsdale. Fortunately, the action was stopped.
