1. Action Gamer Level 1
Action Gamer Level 1 is a form of Kamen Rider Genm that is useful for destroying the Bugsters that infect humans. In this form, Genm possesses an interesting finishing technique called Mighty Critical Strike.
Unlike Emu or Hiiro, Kuroto rarely uses this form in combat. This is not surprising, as saving humans from Bugster attacks is not Kamen Rider Genm's main priority.
2. Action Gamer Level 2
Unlike the previous forms, Action Gamer Level 2 is the primary form that Kamen Rider Genm usually displays in combat. He has characteristics and abilities that are almost similar to Ex-Aid.
However, Genm has a distinct fighting style. Unlike Ex-Aid, who relies on agility, Genm prefers to use brutal physical attacks and long-range shots to attack his enemies.
3. Sports Action Gamer Level 3
By accessing the Shakariki Sports Gashat, Kamen Rider Genm can transform into a new form called Sports Action Gamer Level 3. In this form, Genm's ability stats are significantly enhanced.
In this form, Genm is equipped with Trick Flywheels that can be fired at enemies with powerful effects. He is also capable of unleashing a powerful finishing attack called the Shakariki Critical Strike.
4. Action Gamer Level 0 (Proto Origin)
Design-wise, Action Gamer Level 0 is very similar to Action Gamer Level 2. However, the combat capabilities of the two forms are significantly different. In this form, Genm is able to neutralize Bugster's abilities.
Furthermore, Genm has 99 lives, allowing him to continue whenever he experiences a Game Over in battle. Therefore, this form is considered the strongest form of Kamen Rider Genm.
5. Zombie Action Gamer Level X-0
Zombie Action Gamer Level X-0 is arguably the powerful final form of Kamen Rider Genm. This form is accessed by Kuroto using the Dangerous Zombie Gashat. Using this Gashat is inherently very risky and has side effects.
However, Dan Kuroto can negate these effects thanks to the nullification power of Level 0. In this form, Genm's power increases dramatically. Furthermore, he is capable of unleashing a finishing attack called Dangerous Critical Strike.
6. God Maximum Gamer Level Billion
