Like the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Dino Thunder stories, Power Rangers Dino Charge features many dinosaur Zords with unique and interesting designs. These Zords are used by the Rangers to fight enemies who intend to destroy the Earth.

1. T-Rex Zord
As Tyler/Red Ranger's personal Zord, the T-Rex Zord is extremely powerful and ferocious. This Zord activates when Tyler finds the Red Energem. Tyler also calls the T-Rex Zord Rexy.
The T-Rex Zord can attack opponents directly by biting them. Furthermore, this Zord plays a crucial role in the Dino Charge Megazord combination. Furthermore, this Zord can enhance Tyler's power through the T-Rex Super Charger.
2. Stego Zord
Next, there's the Stego Zord, which is controlled by Koda in battle. This Zord awakens when Koda connects with the power of the Blue Energem. Furthermore, this Zord plays a crucial role in forming the Dino Charge Megazord: Tri-Stego Formation.
The Stego Zord can function as the Megazord's right or left arm. Furthermore, its body parts can be used as swords or shields depending on the battle situation.
3. Tricera Zord
The third Zord in the Dino Charge story is the Tricera Zord, controlled by Shelby. This Zord perfectly suits Shelby's obsession with Triceratops.
Like the Stego Zord, the Tricera Zord plays a crucial role in the Dino Charge Megazord: Tri-Stego Formation. Besides serving as the Megazord's left arm, the Tricera Zord's body parts can be used as drills and spears.
4. Raptor Zord
Next, there's Riley the Green Ranger's Raptor Zord, which is inspired by the Velociraptor. When combined with other Megazords, the Raptor Zord functions as both a left arm and a sword that can be used to attack opponents.
5. Para Zord
The Para Zord is Chase, aka the Black Ranger,'s personal Zord. In Megazord formation, the Para Zord serves as the Megazord's right arm, along with a blaster that can be used to shoot opponents from a distance.
6. Ptera Zord
The Ptera Zord is one of the most powerful Zords in the Dino Charge series. Before being controlled by Sir Ivan/Gold Ranger, the Ptera Zord was controlled by Fury, which caused difficulties for the Rangers. This Zord is capable of firing powerful lightning bolts.
Furthermore, this Zord can transform into its Megazord form without needing to combine with other Zords. However, the Ptera Zord can still be combined with other Zords to form new formations depending on the battle situation.
7. Pachy Zord
The Pachy Zord is the Zord controlled by Prince Philip III, aka the Graphite Ranger. Like the T-Rex Zord, the Pachy Zord has special moves that can attack opponents directly.
Furthermore, the Pachy Zord can be combined with other Megazords to act as the Megazord's left arm and a wrecking ball-like weapon.
8. Plesio Zord
Like the Ptera Zord, the Plesio Zord is one of the most powerful Zords in the Dino Charge series. This Zord is controlled by Kendall Morgan, aka the Purple Ranger. Furthermore, this Zord can be used by the Rangers as a means of transportation into space.
One of the interesting things about the Plesio Zord is that it can transform into its Megazord form without the assistance of another Zord. However, the Plesio Zord can be combined with other Zords depending on the battle situation.
9. Ankylo Zord
Next, there's the Ankylo Zord, controlled by Tyler's father, James Navarro. After obtaining the Aqua Energem, James transforms into the Aqua Ranger and is able to control the Ankylo Zord.
The Ankylo Zord can be combined with the Dino Charge Megazord or the Ptera Charge Megazord. In this formation, the Ankylo Zord serves as the Megazord's right arm and a hammer-like weapon.
10. Titano Zord
The Titano Zord is arguably the Rangers' strongest Zord due to its enormous size. Furthermore, this Zord can maximize the power of all the Rangers' Energems.
Like the Ptera and Plesio Zords, the Titano Zord can transform into a Megazord. Furthermore, the Titano Zord can combine with other Zords to form an Ultrazord, which is far more powerful than a regular Megazord.
11. Spino Zord
Unlike the previous Zords, the Spino Zord is a new Zord created by Shelby under Zenowing's guidance. Although the Spino Zord isn't directly bonded to an Energem, its power is not to be underestimated.
The Spino Zord can be combined with the Ankylo Zord and Pachy Zord to form the Spino Charge Megazord. Furthermore, the Spino Zord's body can function as a boomerang-like weapon.
