1. Guardian
Guardian is the player class with the highest defense stats. They are well-suited to fighting on the front lines. They can withstand enemy attacks and take significant damage in combat.
One example of a Guardian class player is Naogutsu. He uses armor, a shield, and a sword as his primary weapon. He possesses several interesting skills, such as Anchor Howl and Castle of Stone.
2. Samurai
As the name suggests, Samurai players possess exceptional sword skills. They are usually armed with a katana for combat. They can also act as tanks on the battlefield.
A Samurai is typically tasked with drawing the enemy's attention. They also possess a series of combo techniques called Ace Moves. Examples of Samurai class players include Soujiro Seta and Touya.
3. Monk
Like the previous two classes, Monks are also well-suited to fighting on the front lines. Despite their weak defense stats, Monks have high HP and evasion capabilities. They are also resistant to special attacks.
Monks can also launch continuous attacks because their skills don't require a long cooldown. This is what makes them appear superior. An example of a Monk class player is Demiqas.
4. Assassin
Assassins are a player class that specializes in attacking enemies. They typically use daggers or short swords in combat. There are also Assassins who utilize ranged weapons, such as bows or long-barreled rifles.
Clearly, an Assassin can deliver attacks with high damage. One of the most dominant examples of Assassins in the story is the Akatsuki girl. She is capable of moving very agilely and launching surprise attacks.
5. Swashbuckler
Swashbucklers are a player class that excels in close-quarters combat. Unlike Assassins, Swashbucklers are tasked with slowly weakening enemies through their attacks.
One particularly famous Swashbuckler in Elder Tale is Nyanta. He is skilled at wielding two rapiers simultaneously. He also displays significant speed in combat.
6. Bard
Bards are a unique class of players. They specialize in using music to enhance their allies' stats in battle. They are equipped with special weapons, such as staves, musical instruments, and the like.
Not only do they support their teammates, but skilled Bards can also attack opponents with special attacks, such as lullabies or paralyzing them. Two Bards stand out in the story: Henrietta and Isuzu.
7. Cleric
Clerics are the player class with the most powerful healing abilities. They are depicted as priests hailing from a holy place. Furthermore, they are equipped with armor that increases defense.
One of Clerics' distinguishing characteristics is their special spell called Reactive Healing. This spell activates whenever an ally takes damage. Examples of Cleric players are Marielle and Tetora.
8. Druid
Similar to Clerics, Druids also specialize in healing. They are gifted with the power of nature and spirits. Therefore, they excel in combat in densely forested areas.
The Druid's main advantage is their ability to restore their allies' HP within a short period of time. They also possess both offensive and defensive skills. Serara is a prominent example of a Druid player.
9. Kannagi
Kannagi are players who wear traditional Japanese clothing. They are known as spirit mediums who can communicate with ancient spirits and gods. Furthermore, they possess quite unique skills.
Unlike the previous two classes, Kannagi focus more on prevention than healing. They can create barriers and divert enemy attacks. A prominent example of a Kannagi in the story is Minori.
10. Sorcerer
As the name suggests, Sorcerers are highly skilled at using magic. They are similar to Assassins in that they are capable of dealing significant damage with their attacks.
Sorcerers typically use attacks based on natural elements, such as fire, ice, and lightning. Furthermore, their abilities are limited by their MP. A famous example of a Sorcerer in the story is Rudy.
11. Summoner
Although both use magic, Summoner players have different skills than Sorcerers. They can summon certain creatures through their magic. The higher a Summoner's level, the more powerful they can summon.
For example, Roe2 can summon mystical creatures and zombies to the battlefield. He calls them servants. Furthermore, they are very tough and difficult to defeat.
12. Enchanter
In closing, there's the Enchanter class, known for having the highest MP among the other classes. This class is less suitable for solo combat due to their weak offensive and defensive capabilities.
Enchanters are better suited as support in combat. They can increase the accuracy of their allies' attacks or weaken the enemies they face. An example of the most powerful Enchanter in the story is Shiroe.
